Once this rv center gets your deposit if any little thing goes wrong they are rude and nasty and keep your deposit.Alyssa the sales manager and kristopher atwell could not wait to keep my money.They did not even try to understand the problem.Well I did get my deposit back because it ia against the law in mi under the consumers act of State of Michigan to have Non -refundable refund clause.They generate a LOT of money using this unlawful act.They are a very dishonest RV Center. Dont walk away, run from TradeWinds.

My $500 deposit was not refunded after being held for only a day. We wanted a refund on our deposit because the camper was not going to be completed in time for our trip (although the salesperson originally assured us it would). Alyssa, the sales manager, was very rude to us and was adamant about keeping our $500 deposit. We gave them $500 and got nothing in return but a broken promise.

They will charge you to inspect your brand new Jayco North Point yet when you get it home you will find that the plumbing has leaks and the furnace does not work. Do NOT buy from this dealership - worst experience we have ever had. RUN far away they will not stand behind their word....
