Purchased 2021 Whitehawk 28RL ordered from Jayco from Tradewinds RV. First time camping had issue with awning collapsed pulled out of bracket on one end july 2021. Called tried to get appointment to get repaired. Tried to explain the problem was cut short and told they were booked until November. Tried to explain again cut short again service manager said I TOLD YOU NOVEMBER. Ended up getting part I needed and fixing myself so I could use or RV. Had issue May 2022 with dinette table. Tradewinds looked at it and ordered parts to repair. Called a month later asked for update and was told ordered was closed end of June on error. Made an appointment for July 28th for repair was told 4 hours blocked approved by Jayco to cover repair under warranty. When we took it in was told they needed for at least 2 weeks. Called 2 weeks later was told they haven't worked on our RV yet. Called Jayco for help and they called Tradewinds to see if they could expedite repairs and was told a pack of lies. I'm done with Tradewinds dont trust them at all. No Customer service after the sale. Show less
