2021 Winnebago Voyage 3134rl. While under the structural warranty the side wall started showing a crack off the corner of the slide. It was determined the structure in the wall had failed. Inside the wall also started coming apart. The flex in the wall was so bad that the wall separated from the roof. So what did Winnebago do? Well after weeks of pics and back and forth with the warranty department THEY sent me an email stating they will not be participating in the repair. They would not give me any explanation and they closed the claim. Which is basically like hanging up on you and blocking your phone number. I could no longer contact via email on the claim. I pushed on leaving messages and sending emails and received ZERO response. As someone who has owned a couple other products by them I was shocked how terrible the company treated me. AGAIN IT WAS STILL WITHIN THE TIME FRAME OF THE STRUCTURE WARRANTY. So my opinion is NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WINNEBAGO OR ANY OF THERE COMPANIES!!! Show less

We bought this new in June of 2022 and we still love it. We've put about 15,000 miles on her so far. Like most rv's, we've had a few minor things that I took care of myself. We were in Arizona this summer and I noticed some wrinkles along the sides of the roof membrane. I called Jayco and explained what I saw and that by the time I got back to South Carolina to let someone look at it, my warranty would be expired. They extended my warranty on the spot and did fully cover a new roof membrane that was installed in August. Show less

We have had our 5th wheel since June of this year. We love the layout. We have the rear kitchen and living area in the middle. Perfect for the two of us. We are full time and it really feels like home to us. Have had just a few small problems but worked them out. Happy with the rig so far. Show less

We bought our Alliance Paradigm 310 RL new from the factory in 2023 and upgraded with the Alliance-installed solar package. We are a retired couple, using the RV part-time (we have a house). Our RV search started close to seven years before we bought our Paradigm. We watched countless YouTube videos made by RV owners and dealers and read endless reviews. Once we decided on the type of RV we wanted, a 5th wheel, the search for the right brand and floor plan began. We landed, by chance, on the Alliance brand during that search. We didn't want anything over 40 ft. The Paradigm, coming in just under 35 ft. is the size we wanted. The floor plan is perfect for us with just enough space to be comfy, while still being stylish and practical with upscale trim. Show less

So we initially bought a 2021 Alliance Paradigm 310; loved it 5/5. Im semi-retired and wanted to go a little bigger for more full time living. Now have a 2024 and even better than my original. Great quality and service like no other, though some are trying to copy it now( that’s right I’m talking to you B, ) Bang for the buck, absolutely the best. Show less

This RV provides a spacious floor plan at a very reasonable price. The rear living room layout and dinnette table with chairs provides a home away from home feeling. The midbunk room is a great option for kids or a home office. Tons of storage through out the coach including under belly. The modern decor and residential fridge adds a stylish appearance sure to impress friends and family. Cant say enough great things about this floor plan. The only thing I would change is having large propane tanks which is an easy upgrade! Show less

This is the best floor plan for living that we have ever found. We like the large kitchen, residential fridge, open floorplan to the living and entertainment from the kitchen. TV facing reclining theatre seating is great, plus two full size pull out couches for occasional guests are very convenient. This RV has a large 30"x60" shower with skylight. The bedroom has 2 separate chest of drawers, divided closet, w/ extra shelving, a security safe, and Dyson cordless vacuum. On board washer and dryer, makes life on the road so much easier. The powered King Jack antenna provides over the air channels to a 30" smart TV in the bedroom and 55" smart TV in the living room. It's easy to setup with 6 point autolevel and hydraulic slideouts. We decided to move up from our 35 ft 5th Wheel to something bigger because we were going to be on the road 10 months out of the year. We did quite a bit of research and really wanted to stay with the brand we previously had because the experience had been great but I had been watching the social media post from the Allies. (That's the community designed for Allliance owners.) I was overwhelmed by the support I saw in the community not only by members but by the staff at Alliance. And this went all the way to the top with Bill Martin (one of the owners) chiming in with answers within minutes and sometimes late at night. What was so refreshing was the honesty when there was a problem and then the effort that was made to stand behind their mission statement, "do the right thing." We are road warriors and have already put 25K miles on our unit in 13 months! It has been great. My biggest complaint is that they make it so hard to choose. We went to the Tampa show with the unit we wanted determined But while there we saw so many others. Alliance had owners at the event helping those who were looking for a unit. It gave us a chance to chat with actual owners of each unit and talk about lifestyle and so much more. Needless to say we chose a different unit. The quality has been exceptional. The thing we have learned through owning our Alliance Paradigm is that the quality is important, choosing the right floorplan is important, but the most important thing is the integrity and passion of the company you are buying from. When you buy an Alliance RV you become a part of a big family. I could not recommend them any more as a company and their product reflects their passion in what they do. Show less

We’ve had an awesome time with our Paradigm 382RK! The rear living floor plan is hands down our favorite feature—it feels super spacious, and the layout is just perfect for how we like to travel. We love having a half bath, and the master suite has tons of storage, which is a huge plus when you’re on the road for long stretches. We decided to go with the 8K axles to get more carrying capacity, and it’s been a game-changer for us. The independence suspension also makes for such a smooth ride; you can really tell the difference, especially on rougher roads. And honestly, the full-body paint? It’s a head-turner! We catch ourselves just standing there, admiring how good it looks. But beyond the RV itself, the folks at Alliance have been amazing. They’ve been so helpful from the start, always going out of their way to make sure we’re happy. It’s hard to find that level of customer service these days. All in all, we’re absolutely loving this coach, and we’d 100% recommend it to anyone thinking about getting an RV. It’s been such a great experience for us! Show less

This is the 4th I’ve we’ve owned and love it so much! It’s the perfect floor plan for us as we stay in it a lot of the year. Alliance always has our back with support and repairs as well. Any time we call and reach out, they’re always there for us. It doesn’t matter if it’s over the phone tech support, ordering parts or questions about service. I can’t recommend Alliance enough!
