My husband and I bought a used 39’ Puma Destination RV. It was only $6800 because of it’s age even though it was in very good condition. I am 79 and my husband 88 and what we wanted it for was to put on our farm for a ‘she shed’ for me to sew in. We had a gentleman named Matt Jenne that was our salesman and we couldn’t have found a better, more helpful person especially since we had never been in an RV with all these switches, etc. having 2 slide outs. It was the things he did, and the way he did them, cheerfully explaining everything a couple of times and I was afraid if I hit the wrong switch… He knew it would never be moved and ask if I would feel better if he disconnected what would never be used so I could flip those switches all I wanted and nothing would happen; took all the stress away. He took care of other things on our RV that he didn’t need to do at all. Everything he did, he did knowing that we weren’t going to come back in a couple of years and there would be a big sale down the line, he was just that caring and helpful to his customers whether they spent $6800 or $68,000. Every time we were in there getting something, everyone that works there from the sweet, friendly lady Donna that greets you and helps you find whatever you want, just makes you feel like they are happy to see you. You would be very glad you went to Town and Country; we couldn’t have been treated any better. Show less
