junk. no qualty control. shower leaks at door and drain lines. bath sink drain leaks, kitchen sink leaks. refrigeator installed without latch, took two months to get part. still goes into error. pantry door sags and drags on floor. poor enginearing poor quality. customer service rude and blows you off. wish i had never heard og winneabago. no door latch on 12 volt fridge. two months to get part. poor fit. roof antena does not work. sliding pantry door poorly made, drags on.floor. all drain lines leak, fittings not even finger tight. no support from factory. shower door not sealed, leaks. very.poor quality control. i remember when winnebago was a trusted name. no more. I purchased a grand design imagine 2600 in April 2021. And and as soon as the warranty expired the thing started falling apart. Several weather stripping issues, I’ve replaced the water heater twice, several pex hoses have come apart. And since the pipes are sealed in the walls I’ve had to do some major repairs myself. Bought a new Grand design 15RB in September of 23. One problem after another. It’s been in the shop as long as it’s been out., leaking shower twice, brakes locking up while driving, then no brake pads on one side. We have been battling Grand design the whole way. Our “customer service “ rep, LElizabeth Rock, has been aloof, or just ignores us. We hear from her when we file BBB complaints. We’ve had 2 so far. Going to the AG in Indiana next. DONT BUY A GRAND DESIGN! The customer service stops when you sign the contract. Show less

Stay away. Horrible company. Just bought, first camping trip had a water leak in plumbing . Damaged mattress and flooring only approved leak would not replace wood or damage. STAY AWAY from this company. Claimed there were no moisture readings, of course not its been three weeks at dealership and it dried up, I have pictures of water damage and moisture readings when it happened. Show less

This review is to warn anyone that may consider owning one of these campers to please search other options. We purchased one of these in late 2022 with plans to travel the following year. So we began prepping ours ahead of time for our travel excursion. First thing we discovered was the door wouldn't lock because the door bolt wouldn't enter the hasp, installation was so poorly fitted we had to remove hasp and dremel out door frame to correct the issue. The frig door does not lock because it is not installed correctly. The 12 volt interior lights will start seizing up after using them for a while. The speakers will fall from the ceiling because they can't be secured in the ceiling material. Our hot water system failed to work after 3 weeks on the road. The water pressure line to the toilet started leaking and I had to repair it. Some object is under the flooring material that was not removed before laying the linoleum down. This requires you to cut it out and try to reattach the flooring. We have to continually sweep the floor after traveling because sawdust particles constantly blow out from under the bed frame. Upon examining this we discovered it was never swept up after construction was completed, along with wire insulation strips where electrical work was done. The heat floor cover is damaged from being over tightened on installation. One section of ceiling was sagging for some strange reason. Water leaks into the exterior cargo hold when we drive on a rainy day. The ac unit allows cold air from the outside to blow in under the unit, big crack from the outside. The rear storage shelf dropped in the rear requiring repair. These things have all happened from traveling for only six months. My takeaway is they should not be allowed to sell this junk to the American public. Would I buy another product from this manufacturer? Not even if they held me at gun point! Purchased used from Dealer. When we picked it up there where many things that needed to be fixed which we did, better than the original. The camper is very easy to trailer and back with the aid of an added backup camera. We have had a lot of fun with the camper but must sell it due to health issues . Show less

Piece of garbage leaks, radio didn't work, blowing fuses all the time. it's not a very well-made camper. pieces falling off. very cheaply made camper. not worth the money or the time. I wish I decided not to go with it Show less

Towing a lifted Jeep Wrangler Smoky Mountain provided instant curb appeal behind my Super C Dynamax DX3. Its light at 4400 lbs, curb weight, and effortless to to tow with the airbrake controller. Its very fuel efficient while towing - we were getting c.9.5mpg and cruising at 60-65mph. It was very easy to connect and disconnect, you can take off the hitch and be driving in to the local town from the RV park in minutes. Having a lifted Jeep means you can traverse some of the toughest offroad conditions getting to that tucked away fishing spot or trail head. We have owned 3 travel trailers in the past 20 yrs. This is by far the worst quality travel trailer we have owned. 6 months old the seals on slide came loose, bath tub surround glue came loose, wall paper in bedroom is coming off. Overall the workmanship is by far the worst we have experienced. Show less
