Only interested in selling crap at high dollar prices. Absolutely the worst after sell service and satisfaction around. Wish we had gone anywhere else to buy our RV. Stay away!!! Service department couldn’t care less about customers. Horrible horrible experience. Go to Marion!!!! Different world !!!!!! .... better service, nice folks who care. 4 months after the sell and we still haven’t spent one night in this expensive coach. They told us we could take it and unfortunately we believed them. Nothing and I mean nothing worked when we got it set up. No hot water no heat few lighting etc and etc. we ended up leaving the RV parked, going back home and paid for the camping spot for two more days. That’s when I realized Tom Johnson in Marion was around the corner. Thank goodness for a different service department and facility!!! If you want honesty about your specific needs and expectations stay away from concord and take your needs to Marion. You will not be disappointed.

I've had multiple delightful experiences with Tom Johnson prior to the acquisition by Camping World. Mr. Hall was a delight to work with. I've had a number of service issues, and found the process of working with them (when they were Tom Johnson) fine. Logistically for me it was always a challenge to get my rig up to them as I was an hour away - but the scheduling always worked well and communications were clear.

They don’t care if what they are selling is a piece of crap. They are like Walmart in this respect. Demanding rv builders to build cheaper and cheaper RV’s for a price point instead of quality!
