We drove 6 hours from upstate New York, passing a hundred other RV dealerships, because of the outstanding price, service and communication skills of the staff at Timberlake. Prior to picking up our Winnebago I called Mike on a Saturday night to leave a message to call me back on Monday. He answered the phone and politely answered all my questions while sitting in a restaurant with his family.
