I went to the motor coach store Approximately a year ago. I was having problems with my air conditioner, my refrigerator, and asked about SEALING The front top of the cab., Carbon Alarm box off, ( for periodically sounding off) The Mgr. took an interest...Volunteered in Sealingnthe top of the Cab himself, Telling me he had 20 some years of experience and that he would take care of it himself. Going back and forth in text, HE took it upon himself to seal it himself. Set up times were July 04th & July 10th.. Upon SEALING it, he dug out the old seal...& proceeded to INTERMITTENTLY SEAL Across the top, that's right, intermittently.meaning open to all and any elements until I returned for him to finish the following WEEK UNFORTUNATELY, A Tropical storm came in while he delayed FINISHING...Sitting in my RV At 10:30 pm during the torrential down pours, Lightening & thunder sooo bad I HEAR splashhhhh.... I got up & open my cab curtain and OMG.. Water was pouring into my cab. I was histerical, Called him & had to leave a message, could not get ahold of him... He called me back the next day, but the DAMAGE WAS DONE. MY SON IN LAW CAME ALL THE WAY DOWN, A 45 MINUTE DRIVE, BROUGHT SUPPLIES TO COVER, TARP UNTIL I COULD GET IT SOMEWHERE. WE WERE UP ON THE ROOF UNTIL 12:30 AM COVERING THE DAMAGE IN THAT STORM AND SOPPING UP WATER ALL IN AND ON MY TOP BUNK...ALL WAS DAMMAGED. He told me to bring it there the next day...I said, it's a Sunday, i have no where to stay!!! He said you can stay in your RV....I will just lock you in. When he came in the next day, I had to come back...I didn't stay nor disrespect the owner, "I stayed in my car." The next day" Chris "came in and Assessed my RV, WAS GOING TO LEAVE IT LIKE THAT, AND attend to PROFIT ITEMS, Air conditioner, fridge, Carbon outlet, etc. THEY HAD IT 5 DAYS...& KEPT TRYING TO UPSELL. MY OUT OF POCKET COSTS ENDED UP BEING OVER $700.00...THAT WAS JUST FOR HOURS CHARGED. MY INSURANCE WAS CHARGED OVER $2,800.00 ON TOP OF IT. THE AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLED "AS NEW" WAS OVER A YEAR OLD, & THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT ON ANYTHING. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH MY AIR CONDITIONER, LEAKING WATER DAILY, RUNNING SO HARD MY WHOLE RV VIBRATES WHILE IT RUNS, FRIDGE STILL LEAKS, AFTER INSTALLING 2 FANS ? THAT WOULD FIX THE COLD PROBLEM? YA RIGHT.AND GET READY FOR IT..I HAD TO HAVE THE CAB REPLACED & REPAIRED, AND ADDED NEW FLEX ARMOUR ROOF TO THE TUNE OF ANOTHER $10,000. FROM DAMAGE. If a lack of support, deflected blame, misrepresented vehicles, being sold damaged and dirty vehicles and a complete lack of accountability are appealing to you, do business with these people. The ownership will patronize you until they can't anymore and then turn their back while laughing in your face. I wouldn't buy a Tonka truck from these clowns. You've been warned. I recently purchased a 2009 Newmar Essex motorcoach from the motorcoach store. This is my first coach and I do no know how I could explain it any clear than this is probably the finest dealer I’ve ever dealt with. In this industry it’s hard to find integrity such as this. The owner and all of his team we’re on point and followed through with everything they said they would. I could not recommend and praise There integrity any higher. Took my coach in for them to prepare an estimate for service. They said it would take 30 minutes. It took 4 hours. They said they would email the estimate that day. 3 weeks later still no estimate. Very incompetent. Non responsive and unprofessional. Show less
