Tim was very willing and eager to return calls and emails prior to purchase. Since purchasing can not get any emails or calls retuned. I am having to deal with THOR myself and try to find someplace to do warranty work, because this dealership is a 9 hr drive. The walkthrough of the rv was terrible and after 3 don’t know just look up on line I stopped asking questions. I would not recommend this dealership.

I came a long way to buy this trailer and was paying with a check. The sales person was very nice, however there was an $800 charge for “inspecting” the trailer that he neglected to tell me about. He also grossly mis quoted the price for delivery so when it was delivered, it was a few hundred more than expected. The finance guy almost had me in tears, he was so rude and tried bullying me into buying the extended warranty. I was told that the door had to be slammed in order to shut it from the outside, and it actually couldn’t be shut from the inside at all (but didn’t find out till it was delivered 330 miles away) so that had to be fixed the first night I used it. The kitchen table had to be tilted upward in order to slide it over so both sides could be used, which is very inconvenient when you have items on the table, so I fixed that by taking out a part in the sliding mechanism. There was trim missing on the ceiling and I have had no luck getting the owner of Old School to send me a piece and Terry’s RV is too far to go to get it fixed, so I guess I am stuck with a ceiling that is half falling down. Very disappointed in my first RV buying experience. I have found an honest dealer a little closer to home (Northern MI) and will be trading in my trailer next season for a different floor plan and different brand. I neither recommend Terry’s RV nor an Old School Trailer.
