I decided on a unit that would fit my temporarily living unit. During the walk through I said the refrigerator door is on backwards and the salesman said that is an easy fix, they didn’t fix it when I picked it up. And they can’t fix it so I still have a refrigerator that I have to step into the bathroom to open. The air conditioner unit does not cool the unit effectively at all. I’m not sure if it was switched out or something. The jacks that are used to stabilize the unit broke on first day. No replacements were given. Basically I do not recommend this location, they want your money but do not care about you after the sale. You get the runaround and no problems get fixed. Do not shop at this location. Show less

Was looked down upon when I went in to purchase my 2018 Bullet Premiere Ultra Lite trailer; which was purchased from my wife's insurance when she passed away in July 25th 2018. I have had problems with my trailer from the start. I have kept current my forever warrantee but the problems are not being fixed. I have given my papers to Sean, a technician at Tacoma RV, and in reply he told me they could only fix one problem at a time. I am struggling to make ends meet and financially not able to stay in a hotel until all the problems are fixed nor am I financially able to go back and forth to the repair shop; I would also lose my RV space that I am currently at.
