From how to winterize, to awning to where the plumbing ran to how to manually use Power jacks if no power available. I had questions and they got answered. I will definitely be buying my next Rv feom THE OUTPOST RV for sure, Believe me I went to 4 different dealers in Florida. Yup I got"BULL" from everyone of them.
