Stay away from this Dealer
We purchase a 2007 Monoco Signature Commander from this dealer in 2017. It was a consignment which I recommend the dealership not even try to sell until they do a 200 point inspection to see what is not working in the Unit. The sales department tries hard to help but the coach should had be inspected better. We took a day to inspect the unit and found many things not working and we said we do not want the unit, too many issues so they reduced the price 20 k but we still paid 220 k as a as is unit which is my bad. 35 k later and everything is now working on the unit. We will have own it 5 years this July/2022.
Listen to this. We recently inquired about purchasing a 585 k coach they have for sale thinking of upgrading. They now tell us they do not trade in units older then 11 years or over 100 k miles. They have a 2005 for sale on there lot as i post this but they will not take the unit for trade we purchase from them with only 71k miles on it. Garage kept. I guess we will just have to take our money to another dealer. Very Disappointed. They never told us in one year after purchasing our 2007 from them the unit would be non current. If we where told this from the dealer we would had only paid 150 k for the unit or walk away.

My experience with Sylvan Lake RV was very good, Camilla was my sales person and was there every step of the way.
She took the time to answer any questions and concerns.
