Potential customer; be extremely aware that Sutton does not honor the price that is included in the contract you both sign when they order an RV for you. I waited 8 months for delivery of a trailer from Sutton that I intended to live in. When it finally arrived in November, they notified me by email that it had been damaged in transport and that I now owe $16,000 more if I still want to purchase the trailer. This was a 30% price increase with no heads up whatsoever the entire 8 months. No documentation of their price increase was ever shown to me. It's like dealing with the Sackler family of Purdue Pharma, not a local family business who says that they have ethics and people in mind when they're doing business. Profits above people - greed above ethics, this would be their advertised motto if they were honest. Don't get fooled by nice sales people; the owner and management only have profit in mind at the expense of the customer and treated me with the utmost disrespect and shady business practices. Purchased our RV thru Sutton RV. People in sales were very courteous and helpful, I mean really they wanted to sell an RV right? They did everything they could to get us qualified, even with all this Covid-19 going on, no one at work and all on stay home orders. They even delivered our RV to us. (2 hours away) Only forgot we should have done an after delivery walk thru. Our bad! Did have to call service after day one for a minor outdoor shower issue and I have to say, the service manager (?) AWESOME. He even allowed us to send a video via email and show him what was going on to fix the problem. Don't call Dutchmen direct. (NO HELP) Sutton RV is a great place to purchase from. Show less
