Excellent service at Sunshine State RV! My water pump went out on my Class B RV. Justin was able to fit me into the busy schedule if I could wait that day. Don’t usually leave reviews, but the service here was truly exceptional. Our service writer, Justin, was professional, friendly, knowledgable, understood our problem, scheduled and monitored the work. He took the time to introduce us to Ben, the tech working on our a/c. Ben was great in making the repair and explaining the problem and the fix. Must say the overall experience was outstanding and Sunshine State RVs will be our dealer of choice in the future. We did not buy our Coachman CrossFit/Beyond from Sunshine State RV, but we sure were treated like we did! Billy Shriver got us in straight away for service on our fridge, propane and a recall notice for the awning. We could not have asked for such top notch service as we were given at Sunshine. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable with the class B coaches. My husband and I will be using Sunshine State RV exclusively for our RV repairs and servicing in the future. My wife and I purchased a Renegade Villagio from Sunshine State RV in Gainsville Florida, and have been very happy with the usability and build quality unit. If you need an RV, Sunshine State should be on your list to visit, Shelly is absolutely wonderful and will treat you like royalty. We have met the owner, and he is a man of his word, and that’s a rarity these days. If you’re thinking about or have owned an RV in the past, take into consideration that you have a vehicle, a house, appliances, electronics, etc. all rolling down the road. There will be things you need help understanding, or that require service. This is where Sunshine State RV beats the competition hands down. The service manager Billy remembers your name, follows up with you, and is there for you when you have a question (and believe me, you will!). The service tech Matt has extensive knowledge about RV’s and is always willing to share information and tips that will help you with your RV. I went to this dealer today to inquire about the Carado Axion. I've watched a lot of the video's with the owner Nick showing the vehicles. I figured I would talk to him and say hello. After I entered I waited patiently for him to greet me at the front reception area. He just looked over and got on his cell phone lol. He makes nice video's but doesn't know how to greet customers. I drove back home to Daytona and will buy somewhere else. Also every vehicle I emailed about the reply was the same. They give you the high price and you need to ask for a lower price. Hopefully I'll find honest people in my search. Show less
