The wife and I picked up our Outdoors RV 2023 Back Country 20BD on July 22nd! Sumner RV has the absolute lowest price in the nation. (I know this because I researched these for almost a year!) We live in Missouri now, but are from the Pacific Northwest. We planned on staying in the PNW for a few weeks. Our on-board generator would not run. I called and talked to Justin, and he said to bring the trailer back and they would take a look! We returned the morning of August 1st. They immediately started to troubleshoot. Turns out the Cummins 3600 LP generator was bad and this was not the 1st one either! Sumner RV could have said, "Not our problem" and sent us to the Cummins dealership nearby. It would of been at least a 3 week wait to have Cummins check it out! So, here we are, 2000 miles from home, purchased a fully self-contained RV, the weather was extremely hot, thinking, "we're going to "cook" for a while!" Sumner RV wouldn't have any of that!!! They replaced the generator with a brand new one on the spot, and we were outta there in the early afternoon! Sumner RV is a small operation, and they actually care about the customer!
