I realize that prices on used RVs are going for above book value, but this is unbelievable. I live about 30 minutes from this dealership, and I check their inventory frequently. Currently they have a 2000 Class B Dynamax Starflyte advertised at $29,995 that interests me. Great, but the book value on that unit is closer to $10,000. There isn't a bank that would be willing to over-finance a unit by that percentage. Obviously these guys are only doing cash deals, or getting people to use a second mortgage loan from their house. God forbid you paid retail on this RV and had an accident, as your insurance would only give you the book value. I'd hate to be out $20,000 of my money on a total wreck. I spent 20 years as a Finance Manager in a large auto dealership, and I couldn't imagine trying to do business like this. Show less

Dealership would not move on list price at all on a 20 year old unit with over 80k miles and no generator, bu had it priced like it had all the options and was in perfect condition. This dealership prices 30% or more above the recommended NADA price scales, even for retail. Show less

We recently purchased a 2002 Chinook Destiny from Stream. The facility and shop are spotless and the owner, Jason, was very helpful. We requested some assistance on a number of service items and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. Yes, as one reviewer commented, the prices are somewhat higher than at other dealers. However in our experience, after purchase service here is superior to what we have previously encountered. I think the value for you dollar is excellent at Stream. Highly recommended Show less
