They lied. I, mistakenly, did not get their promises in writing and ended up getting burned by them to the tune of $5000. Everything seemed fine and friendly during the purchase process, but when I went to exercise the option that had been promised, multiple times, as part of the purchase... crickets, they acted like they had never made any commitment or promise. When I escalated it to top management, they said that even if the sales manager had made such a promise, that he should not have and they would not honor what their employee had represented to me in order to make a sale. Southaven RV was very patient with us as we made several phone calls, visits and had many questions. Our salesman gave us cell phone and email that we contacted several times and he always responded in a timely manner. They followed up after our purchase to be sure we were totally satisfied. Our 2015 Ventana Newmar furniture had started delaminating and just kept getting worse so we called Newmar & they were wonderful by honoring the warranty on the Flexsteel furniture. They ordered us all brand new furniture. The Newmar dealer closest to us would not do the warranty work so we called Southaven & they were phenomenal! Everyone from Chad, Brian & Jonathan worked diligently to get our furniture & install it in less than a day. We met with Micheal to see about purchasing a newer coach, he was great no pressure even though we didn’t buy it this time around! When the time comes for a new coach we will drive another 6 hours to Southaven! Show less

Our service has been great. 2018 Jayco Northpoint, 379dbfs, the salesperson was not very cooperative. Parts and service great. Will buy from them again. Wish they had better floor plans. We wanted a queen bed instead of the king. Not possible??? Show less
