WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT HAVE THESE GUYS WORK OR EVEN TOUCH YOUR RV. Although LeRoy was very nice, and Robin the service manager was very apologetic, their service technicians are a liability. They do not know what they are doing. FInd someone else.

Here is my story. I brought my 2018 - 19' Pleasure Way Ascent into SkyRiver RV, Paso Robles because they are an authorized Pleasure Way Dealer. I had heard that they did a good job servicing. Well they might have at one time. But not now. My RV took 2 months to repair, cost me over $1000 and is now worse than it was.
My fix-it list was not too long, maybe 8 items or so. Some rattles, some tightening up screws. I had them install a new Fire TV and sound bar, fix the Dometic 3-way refrigerator, service the Truma water heater and do an oil service on the Onan Generator.
I understand that the supply chain issues are causing delays in parts delivery. It took 2 tries to get the correct Motherboard and nearly 4 weeks to get the refrigerator fixed. The new TV installation was so sloppy I think my 16-year old grandson could have done a better job. I wish I had pictures to show you so you could see just how messy and unprofessional the installation was. Wires were draped in everywhere. It looked like a rats nest.
But the real concern was when they did an oil service on the generator, and the rookie that they assigned to the task actually broke my generator. It worked fine when I brought it in. However, It took SkyRiver another 4 weeks to find the right mechanic to fix my $6000 generator. The rookie mechanic, overfilled the oil, blew out a valve, blew the head gasket, and fouled the plugs. He broke the air cleaner and the generator did not run properly for another month. They had to take it across the street to get it fixed TWICE.
FINALLY the RV was ready for pickup after 2-months in the shop. BUT HERE IS THE CLINCHER. Tonight I discovered that my propane has been leaking out since they worked on it. One of the connections either to the refrigerator or the generator has a slow leak. My propane was at 70% when I checked it 2 weeks ago. And now it is down to 23%. There is a leak. THere is no way I am going to have their mechanics touch my RV again.
