These guys are amazing!!! We came in as total RV newbies. On three different occasions they spent tons of time with us answering all of our questions and trying to steer us in the right direction. One of their salespeople was the first to help us, then we came back two other times and the owners helped walk us through everything. We were able to negotiate a great deal on our coach. After our purchase and a first run out, we had a few things that needed to be fixed. There was no question from the service department and they handled it with ease. We had gone to a number of other dealers looking for information and the best deal, but none were anywhere close to the professionalism, care and follow-up as Simi RV. Don't buy anything with at least going in to see them first. Show less
