This could be the largest RV dealership I have ever been to. They are very busy and I feel lucky they were able to get all my work done. I did book a month or so in advance and from what I experienced that is a must, I did stay with my motor home for my estimated wait time of one week for all the work to be done. The work was done early despite 2 very important workers that did not show up for a day or so which put excess stress on the maintenance staff and I'm sure it rippled down all the work ahead for each section of this great company. I have a 35 ft. 2021 motor home and we do take very good care of it yet things do happen and I can blame our Canadian and US roads, we have a very well-built Bounder and the roads do try to destroy everything man made as we travel across the country, it's just a fact of life today. However, the reason for this review is for some of the people that took great care of me while my unit was actually in the shop I had to wait in the showroom and that is where I was very well looked after and one of the young Sicard family members had her 100th Birthday when I was there. Jessica B. at the front counter was always asking can we do anything for you, that really gave me a good feeling. Terry-Ann, Senior Parts Rep. also went way above and beyond to see I was comfortable, again I was made to feel important and I did appreciate these folks very much. My mechanic Dave Hanson, can fix anything and he works with speed and a dedication to his trade that impressed me. Phil, my salesman worked out a few prices for me on some pending purchases. Liz, Appointment Coordinator and Dave, Senior Service Advisor both kept me informed of how things were going with the work on my coach while I was waiting inside. This is a huge organization and everyone wants things done now and these folks are run off their feet trying to serve everyone right away. It is an impossible job and they do their best every day and they took some time for quick chats with me to make sure I was comfortable.

The reviews about Sicard being crooks and using coercion tactics to get customers to remove bad reviews is absolutely true. Sicard seems to be trying this a lot lately based on the reviews I have been reading. Would not have believed it until I heard a sad story about a family who was dealing with a tragedy and needed to purchase an RV, and Sicard staff knew the circumstances. The family bought a new unit and it had many problems, even before it got delivered to them. Within the first week the unit had multiple problems, one being a major problem, and Sicard blamed the manufacturer and vice versa. Sicard service department was rude, dismissive, and would not respond to emails and phone calls. Although this unit was sold with the agreement their service team would come out and service it on location, they gave this family a very difficult time and the runaround. Even after getting the manufacturer involved Sicard did not care one bit. Assistant GM admitted to an essentially failing service department. They displaced this family because they would not diagnose on location and said the manufacturer required it. Not being able to handle the stress, lies, ignored phone calls and emails, they wanted to return their three week old unit. They were told they would have to pay a large sum of money as a fee to cancel the deal and sign something that said they could not share the details with anyone or post negative reviews about them. Well Sicard, you are naive to think your secrets stay with you. Your business is a public place where people come and go and overhear and see things. Someone I know witnessed this customer in your parking lot and then inside very emotional about what Sicard was putting them through. Disgusting! You should be ashamed of yourselves! I have a family of my own and I can't even imagine what this family is going through at the expense of Sicard's shady business practices. They may not be able to post a review but others sure can. Buyer Beware! Stay far away from Sicard. They clearly do not care about anything except their own financial gain. Their sales team is all talk and then after they get the sale good luck. The service department sounds atrocious. The review that stated Sicard as having "no moral compass" is an understatement. How do you all sleep at night knowing you take advantage of people, especially those that are vulnerable. The least you can do is give this poor family some of their money back.

Don't waste your time or money at Sicard RV. Go elsewhere to buy and/or service your RV/Trailer. All they are after is a sale and money, then they leave you high and dry when you have issues with your unit....even on brand new ones. Their service department is the worst I have ever experienced. No one is on the same page and they make promises they don't keep or fulfill. You are lucky if a phone call or email is even returned. They blame the manufacturers for everything. The owner is unprofessional to say the least. You will lose money going to Sicard so spare yourself the headache and stress. Don't be fooled by their large inventory.

Honestly Sicards has a much bigger inventory then the other dealers in the area (we tried Smithville, Sicards, Niagara & Campkins) &... that's about where the good things stop. They sell 4-5 trailers per day per sales guy. They low-balled us on our trade giving us $1000's less then it was worth in their offer. They treated us like a # being punched instead of a person just wanting us to buy ANY trailer instead of the RIGHT trailer. We went to all the others & noticed an extreme difference in customer service at Smithville with Dave where you're working directly with the owner. That dealer treated us like people who wanted us to get the RIGHT trailer & offered us $1000's more for our trade which is wbat our trailer is worth. My honest review is skip wasting your time here unless you just want to feel like you're another # who they want to shove anything at so you buy & get A LOT more $ for your trade like it's worth at Smithville. Try looking at both even, you'll notice the EXTREME difference in customer service, care & trade in amounts you're offered. Good luck.

Do not buy here and do not take your RV or camper to Orangewood RV Center for maintenance/warranty work. This has been a disaster. We had our camper a little over a month and took it out on 2 short trips, overnight for the first run to work out any kinks and 2 nights the second time. Well our slide out started scraping the ceiling and the toilet was leaking water on the floor. So we took our brand new camper back to them for maintenance work. Told it should only take 2 weeks. They didn't even contact the manufacturer during the "2 weeks" to authorize the work, we know because with their run arounds we called the manufacturer ourselves and found out apparently we aren't the only ones who have called to figure out what's taking so long. Took them months to get the manufacturer what they needed to approve the work. Supposedly because they only have 1 maintenance approved worker! Are you kidding me! Took them 4 months before we finally got our camper back today only to find the brand new toilet they installed stained all over the seat our black water tank 1/3 full which we flushed, rinsed and emptied before taking it to them. Who knows what that nasty worker did in our camper. And the only thing they can tell us is "they have no explanation for that" are you kidding me! We will be calling the manufacturer to let them know the kind of work this place does and possibly taking this further. They don't care about this and are doing nothing but running my husband's complaint to the manager. We will not be taking our camper back to them and will contact Grand Design for a new manufacturer warranty approved place to take it for any further work. We will also make sure everyone knows to stay clear of this place. Completely unacceptable and disgusting.

Bought a new 25RB Jay Feather with an upgraded GoPower! solar pkg which I've had back 3 times to fix issues. Here are the highlights: Lithium battery placed on the tow triangle without a cover and exposed connects secured with a simple strap that was so lose it was useless (battery slide back and forth on the rails) and wires left hanging below the sway bars; needed a new fuse for the battery and Parts Dept didn't know which kind and then ordered the wrong one, found out this was one of the first installs by a tech that had never installed one and sent out the door without a full system check; spent absolute days trying to get speak to a service person, if you're not at your phone to pick up a call between 4p-4:30p you're left to call back, leave another message and be at the phone the next afternoon; customer service rep Tara never seems to know the status of the repair issue and gets easily annoyed when pushed for anwsers; issue with not getting hot water and took 3 weeks to switch-out the controller and when asked if it was checked for hot water was told "probably"...when checked at home still no hot water, spoke to a tech to whom I explained in what direction the intake hot/cold taps were pointing and was told to bring it back where Rob quickly diagnosed the problem...the tap levers were turned the wrong way and when checking the water heater saw water pouring out caused by a lose anode stick. Why would you reverse and loosen everything if the system was quality checked? Because the quality check was not done...I installed the anode stick and purposely left it loose as I didn't know how tight it was supposed to be, it was as loose as I installed it. I'll go anywhere but back there, after the last experience I just don't trust that organization.

Any warranty work that needed to be attended to had very trustworthy tradesmen to take care of any isssue and they did excellent job to were I have no more issues for this company/ dealership to take of
They were fair and respectful and I highly recommend sicard rv

Bought a 2021 Rockwood MiniLight - Paid cash - got it home and TV did not work...reported the faulty TV - we were asked to try a couple of things and did not work - took 3 days to get someone in Service to return our call...by the time we got it in for service it was out of warranty. It had a broken coaxial cable and they refused to put it under warranty...Service Ops Manager Jessica did not return our call, Service Manager Dave did not return call...Dave was supposed to let us know when it was ready to pick-up. after several calls and finally convincing the operator to escalate the call - we finally got through to Jessica who then put us through to Dave - and finally advised we can pick up today...Everything is fine and dandy until you take you new rig off of the lot - then its all down hill after that - we will never roll into their yard again...EVER - We do want to say that our sales person who sold us the rig - was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant...He gets the 5 stars.

Bought a brand new forest river camper from Sicard, the fridge in my unit does not work and they will not help me at all they keep brushing me off too different phone numbers and email address that Never ends, Unbeleivable! They also sold me an extended warranty by telling me they travel too the lot my park model is stationed permanently and upon needing there help they tell me they don’t travel there, that’s 100% scamming, absolutely do not recommend these crooks, I left a google review also and they replied by telling me too email them and they never even replied too my email, thank you Sicard for ruining my first camping experience
