This could be the largest RV dealership I have ever been to. They are very busy and I feel lucky they were able to get all my work done. I did book a month or so in advance and from what I experienced that is a must, I did stay with my motor home for my estimated wait time of one week for all the work to be done. The work was done early despite 2 very important workers that did not show up for a day or so which put excess stress on the maintenance staff and I'm sure it rippled down all the work ahead for each section of this great company. I have a 35 ft. 2021 motor home and we do take very good care of it yet things do happen and I can blame our Canadian and US roads, we have a very well-built Bounder and the roads do try to destroy everything man made as we travel across the country, it's just a fact of life today. However, the reason for this review is for some of the people that took great care of me while my unit was actually in the shop I had to wait in the showroom and that is where I was very well looked after and one of the young Sicard family members had her 100th Birthday when I was there. Jessica B. at the front counter was always asking can we do anything for you, that really gave me a good feeling. Terry-Ann, Senior Parts Rep. also went way above and beyond to see I was comfortable, again I was made to feel important and I did appreciate these folks very much. My mechanic Dave Hanson, can fix anything and he works with speed and a dedication to his trade that impressed me. Phil, my salesman worked out a few prices for me on some pending purchases. Liz, Appointment Coordinator and Dave, Senior Service Advisor both kept me informed of how things were going with the work on my coach while I was waiting inside. This is a huge organization and everyone wants things done now and these folks are run off their feet trying to serve everyone right away. It is an impossible job and they do their best every day and they took some time for quick chats with me to make sure I was comfortable.
