Sale went good . But when unit had some issues . Get seals on slides amount several other things like broken shelf in bunk room. Cleaning crew stepped on and broke it. Serveral service service managers during the first time to shop . Unit sat there 41/2 mounts . Several trips to dealer . Service dropped the ball on getting all work done. Took it back for leak and damaged wood in bunk room. Owner did repairs and did pour job. We had also contacted the factory on issues getting unit fixed. Owner Ken is a peace of work. He is no carpenter. Had to get material from factory rep and Finnish outside kitchen correctly. He did not staple all wood back in place and some screws missing. Fixed those things myself. I will never do business there again. His guys do good work but owner Ken is not a Rv tech. They are on there 3rd service manager. That says something.
