Do not buy here at all and especially do not buy used if the trailer is out of state title like the 31k forest river r-pod they are trying to sell me on the lot now that looks as if it's been put on aftermarket & spray painted frame. They have been refusing to get me prior sale info on this unit like where they got it from etc. I suspect it was an auction from Vermont because Vermont DMV doesn't take phone calls to verify that the vehicle didn't come from a junk or salvage yard. Because the DMV is appointment only you can't call in for info. Ridiculous. This is a way for this dealer to bypass reporting where they bought the vehicle and what condition they received it in until selling it to you. Not all junkyards out of state even report to NMVTIS so it won't be a substitute for a third-party RV inspection and in-house service history report. Service work here can be outsourced to other service shops in the Gilroy area so get the info on who is servicing your RV or trailer too. You have no way to know if your used RV is a lemon until you drive it off the lot with a bunk warranty or no warranty and a liability on your tow hitch. Protect your family and hard-earned cash. **!! The NICB VIN Check they give you will not tell a single thing !!**

We bought our trailer about a year ago from See Grins. Everything was fine with the purchase, but after that, they did not give a flip as to the trailer or it’s issues. Customer service and parts were rude and disrespectful. When we had a recall on the trailer, they had us bring the rig in, and then wanted us to pick it up and bring it back later for the repair. What a crock, you want me to have to go to storage, pick it up, drop it off , pick it up again and then drop it off again, only to have to pick it up! Order the parts first and do the repair and get it resolved without your expecting me to do a ton of useless driving just because you can’t properly plan?!?! Lastly, after finally getting the recall issue resolved, we picked up our rig only to find that it was left dirty. I cleaned the entire rig from top to bottom before we dropped it off and it came back looking like someone had been living in it! And if no one had never living in it it, at the very least someone used the toilet and left evidence of the usage. Will never ever buy from this poor excuse for a business again!

I walked in to look for a travel trailer. The sales associate Briana was very friendly and helpful. Once I knew what I wanted, I went and got my own financing and called over the phone to try and work out a deal. Well the associate, I believe his name was Mike, that I talked to was extremely rude. I was trying to negotiate the price and he got offended. His words were “you’re looking for a hookup” and “we don’t keep the lights on with happy customers”. I will never even consider buying from this dealership. They try to up-sale you and are extremely rude. Anyone looking to buy should not come here. I ended up going to another dealership that was 2 hrs away for me. It was more of a drive but worth it. I got family and friends in the market for a 5th wheel and a travel trailer and I’ll be sure to tell them not to come here.

Welcome to my nightmare... We purchased a 2021 Jayco Greyhawk 30z from See Grins RV in a Gilroy on 7/9/20. Sales process was ok. Nothing to write home about. It was how we were treated AFTER. Returned to See Grins RV for repairs: 7/17/20 1. Malfunction with manual and auto leveling system. 2. Malfunction with side cameras and rear cameras. Picked up RV on 7/20/20. No communication. Finally got a hold of someone who said it was ready. Returned to See Grins RV for repairs: 7/22/20 3. Leak in Black Water Tank. (Turned out to be more extensive than they anticipated.) They did NOT keep us updated. We had to go down to the See Grins RV dealership in person after 9 days of trying to make phone contact. We kept being met with endless ringing or voicemails that went nowhere when we called down to their facility. Infuriating! When we went down there, we went around to the back and saw that our RV was parked in the back area. We assumed it was finished because it had been so long. We went inside and asked to speak to service to pick up our RV, that it had been 9 days and no one had contacted us. The receptionist said they are “short staffed” due to COVID, but the voicemails should have worked. We waited two hours in the dealership waiting area and were finally seen by Johnny from service. He told us that it was an extensive project. Also, he told us he had sent a worker to “Home Depot” for parts while we were sitting there in the waiting area. We told him to call us when the job was finished. *We felt as though they had not even started on the RV (or even looked at it for that matter until we arrived to pick it up) and that they were rushing to Home Depot for parts to get it done while we were sitting there. It was only when they discovered that it was not just a simple leak, that they came and told us it would be “extensive”. Picked up RV on 8/6/20. On 8/21/20 after trip to AZ we lost power steering on the I-5 and then brakes got soft shortly after. It was way more dramatic than this, but I only have 5000 words! Also black water tank still not working and needs to be repaired again as it was not done correctly by See Grins. We were going to take it to another service shop when we were stranded for other major issue. Can you say LEMON! Got the runaround from See Grins RV when we asked for help. They just told us it was under new ownership. Talked to several different people. No one wanted to help us out at all. Horrible customer service.
