Never purchase a new RV from them. You might have better luck with a used one if warranty work has been done. Sales folks know nothing about systems, but good at distracting you from any issues coach might have. Make a service appointment immediately as you will need it, if you buy a new RV, as quality control of interior cabinetry is nilch. Electrical wiring clips are loose, not checked by factory or dealership.
Service department will schedule you out months from when you actually need service and then when that day comes, instead of calling you to push back a couple more weeks, they will tell you to leave the RV with them after you arrive, because they’re backed up. So if you have any plans to use it within the month, forget it. Is warranty work pushed back on, verses out of warranty—this of course would be upper management not the workers in service making that kind of decision (most service liaison personnel are nice but they have to follow rules): Bottom line?
If you are a nomad living in your RV, you typically can stay at Dealership on hot asphalt during your weeks of waiting for repairs to get done, much the same as if you go to Factory’s service center.
Be sure to double check the service work done, as things will have been skipped or not turned back on, etc. It’s the luck of the draw for getting a quality technician who really cares about the work. There’s at least one there. My RV was always dirty afterwards so no quick vacuum up sharp debris or sawdust. Debris on expensive leather seats along with grease stains. Demand that plastic is put over your furniture.
