If you are looking for an RV and wondering about Roberson RV Center, please allow me to weigh in. First, I was a "newbie" 8 years ago when I first started looking for an RV at Roberson. Second, since then I have purchased a Class C and a Class A ( as well as a Jeep from the Auto side ). As someone who has actually PURCHASED from them unlike some of these earlier reviews, I can say without question they offer superior product knowledge, as well as outstanding service after the sale. I actually purchased a 2022 Class A during Covid which was a crazy time in the RV world to say the least. Yet, throughout each step of the process Ron in Sales and Chris in service has been there for us. I felt good after first working with them back with our Class C but soon afterward, I felt GRATEFUL that I had chosen them as anyone who has owned an RV will tell you, yes, issues WILL arise. Once you pay for the RV you are on your own don't expect anything else. If something goes wrong you leave your RV that you live in be and hope to get it back in 2 or 3 weeks. In the mean time you get to pay for a hotel if you can afford it if not you are homeless and don't forget to take everything out of your RV and put it in storage because they are not responsible for any losseswhat a great deal!
