We just completed our purchase of our first Class A Motorhome. The folks at Ridge Quality Motors made it a first class experience for us even though we weren't buying new. Communication from Michael was quick and helpful, and he was always willing to send more pictures or speak with me on the phone when I had questions. He was as honest with the few flaws as he was with the highlights. When I hired an inspector to go over the coach for me, they group at Ridge Quality Motors made every effort to provide whatever he needed to complete his task. The inspection report was positive, and it aligned well with the information received from Michael. A few things were negotiated with the sellers, and an agreement was made. I purchased the coach unseen by myself, but I was also confident in the information provided. When I arrived, I was super happy with the coach and it was as advertised by Right Quality Motors. Showed up at this dealer after two hour drive. Salesman never left the showroom. Opened the coach and told us to look. We went back into the showroom and asked if he could start it up and show us more. Wouldn’t leave the showroom to show us anything unless we made an offer. Rude and useless. I wouldn’t give these guys a consignment commission. The totally lake professionalism. Only interested in what the brought in for lunch. Less than one star. Show less

I would say terrible service but my husband and I could not even get service. Went there on two separate occasions and were denied access to any of the units even though there were people in office. First visit we were told it was going to rain so they wouldn’t open any of the RV’s up for us to look at. Needless to say it never rained not a drop all day! There were some units that we really wanted to see so we returned and once again no one in the office would show any of them to us. They never even came out of the building to greet us or ask if they could help. Many times we have gone by and though they are suppose to be open they are not. How do you run a business if you do not care about customers with money to spend. Would never recommend this dealer. Would give zero stars if possible.We have taken our business and money elsewhere! We purchased an RV recently from Ridge. While we are from Illinois, we purchase this RV to share with our children in the Miami area. We were very please with the family atmosphere and while there saw their interaction with returning customers. They shared information about previous owners and were very thorough on explaining details to us as first time RV owners. We are currently buying a used RV on consignment through Ridge Quality Motors and have had a great experience with them throughout the process thus far. It is a smaller family run dealership which I like. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership knew the coach when I called with preliminary questions and were able to answer my questions without any hesitation/double checking. When I came to look at the unit, they opened it up and let me inspect it. No salesman hovering over me, they just let me do my thing and were in the office available to answer any questions I had. When I told them that I wanted to arrange a pre-purchase inspection by an inspector of my choosing, they were very accommodating and welcomed my request without hesitating.
