I purchased a class c motor home and was concerned that the unit did not come with a TPMS. (Tire pressure monitoring system). I asked to make sure tires were at needed pressure. Drove 2 hours to get home and checked tire pressure. 55-60 and 4 out of 6 tires. Not one tire was anywhere near pressure. 3 days later we had rain and I experience water coming in thru front cab from ceiling. Found that the cab seam was never caulked from factory and dealer never checked. Drove back 2 hours and waited 3 weeks to get back. This dealer is only concerned about selling. Had to take unit back because it would not take diesel fuel in front tank. They made 4 attempts to fix. Still not right. I was told by Reliable to take it back to Thor. This is their problem of which they are aware of and they don’t want it back. I have little faith in this dealer and would never use again

We were We had hail damage on our 2019 23fb last September. In January we took it to reliable airstream in Springfield Mo. They said 2 months to fix. They ordered parts, entire camper skin from belt line up. $55,000. They said jackson center sent the wrong parts. 5 months later we picked up the camper. No clearance lights and the camera didn't work. They pulled in the shop. Said my truck has a blown fuse. Then the camper had a blown fuse. Then they said the camera was wired backwards and burned out. They said my truck caused it. I said no the camera not wired correctly blew the fuses. They said we are putting on a new camera. I walked outside and saw 2 service teks with a step ladder going to another stream to be repaired and took off a camera. They came in later and said we got a new camera on, your ready to go. I said can I have the new box and instructions. His jaw dropped! I said you just lied to me. I saw you take a camera off someone elses camper. He said well we were out of stock. Leaving pissed off. We got home a 200 mile trip and started to wash our newly reskinned airstream and water was pouring inside not a drip. It had 15 pouring leaks everywhere, from a no nozel garden hose. The refrigerator was also to be fixed. Was charged $180. And they never touched it. Also we had metal shavings ground into the mattress. Cushions. And all over the floor. From ruvets drilled out. I called the dealer and their response. We do t have anyone to come get it. I called to cancel the $55,000 insurance check. And complained to Jackson center. Reliable called back and said we will be there tomorrow to pick it up. to sell this airstream and buy a 2022 25ft twin. Reliable called to say it's ready. I said is it perfect . They said yes. Did you fix the fridge they said yes. I said this has been a really bad deal. Why dont you throw in a couple of camp chairs . The General manager got on the phone and told me all airstream leak. Even the new ones that came in today. I said you guys lied to me about the fridge, the camera, and the condition when returned. And he started getting loud with me and I hung up. When we got the camper back they guaranteed it was perfect. We opened the door and metal shavings everywhere again. Tiok my wife an hour to clean up the mess again. We Listed the camper. Had 4 offers and a deposit in one day. Washing the camper again it still had 5 really bad leaks. I was furious. Buyer was coming in 2 days for the camper. I called reliable and they would not return my calls, and Would not respond to emails. I sent pictures of all the leaks metal shavings all over the camper and the fridge still broke. No responce from Reliable. Desperate we took the airstream to Adel Iowa to Scot Jenson rv servise. Thank God they got us in that morning. Pressure tested the unit. Found over 20 leaks. They said it looks like a bubble machine, leaks everywhere. We stayed and watched the cool process . Extremely please with the service Repaired, owe were headed back home in 6 hours. That was a 440 mile trip. And $830. To pressure test and fix all the leaks. When we took the license plate off to sell I also noticed they mounted the plate bracket crooked Reliable RV of Springfield Mo is still not returning calls or emails. They got $55,000 and never finished the job. Please do not rely on this dealer to fix your airstream. Imagine having this happen to your $80,000 ford truck. Thank you. Please beware of Reliable RV Springfield Mo. Thank you.
