Stay Away, WORST RV Repair Dealership Ever. Paid them to Special order water Tanks, remove and install. After weeks and no work, went and picked up our unit, and water tanks, Water tanks ordered were incorrect and will not fit our unit, plus damaged and leak. Stay Away, WORST RV Repair Dealership Ever. Paid them to Special order water Tanks, remove and install. After weeks and no work, went and picked up our unit, and water tanks, Water tanks ordered were incorrect and will not fit our unit, plus damaged and leak. Charged very high labor rates, and customer service is the worst. Will not return calls or discuss a resolution!!! Do not recommend this dealership for any service or repairs.

General RV of Draper -Blake the Sales Associate we recommend to anyone who is inquiring about 5th Wheels or other Trailers. HONEST, OPEN, and he LISTENS well. Never felt pressure to purchase. I was in the people business during my life, and Blake is the type of individual business' would appreciate representing them. He knows the product. He focused on our concerns. This is our 4th Trailer we have purchased. We are very pleased. The experience was great! (They required me to rate all four areas before accepting the Review to be submitted, but I had little dealings with Parts and Dealership Warrant/Support at this point, so I rated them a four. I don't think that is the best way to get a review sent - or if required, put no Comment option on the table.) Kirk M.

They got my 1000.00 deposit and then they got you trapped because after that they won’t deliver your motor home for 2 weeks after your loan and then they tell you lies about fixing any issues. They got my 1000.00 deposit and then they got you trapped because after that they won’t deliver your motor home for 2 weeks after your loan and then they tell you lies about fixing any issues. Because you can’t do an inspection prior to the purchase. Scammers and liars. Dave Badger is a lying salesman. The mechanic/salesman Sam is a real piece of work as well. Don’t buy from here.

We were led to believe that our vehicle would be cleaned and ready for the road. Surprise! The windows were fogged and obstructed. We were led to believe that our vehicle would be cleaned and ready for the road. Surprise! The windows were fogged and obstructed. The coach was dirty, the few things we asked to be fixed was only rigged to look fixed, the light in the bathroom was burnt.The windshield that had been replaced is coming apart from the seals, a bird nest was in the engine, the oil was over a quart low AND filthy. His reply is they don't do oil changes yet they sell vehicles with oil. Had trouble with leveling Jack. The wires were mixed and one is missing.The backup camera was sitting in the hole not even fastened in, with wires a mess also. The batteries were dirty and had corrosion on the leads. Found the 110 to be faulty. The fuse box was fried and grounds were saturated with green residue. So far the RV has been sitting unable to drive. Nate Peck was unwilling to correct anything. We paid market price for this vehicle and are really upset about his services. If you buy anything from him better take your tools and voltmeter. Very unhappy. Worst service I have ever encountered.
