Rachel, Service Department, has been outstanding and continuously goes over and beyond to make sure my RV is in top working order. She is responsive and ensures that all service is top quality and she treats her customers as though they are family. I took my RV to the dealership where I purchased it for the first year. I was frustrated and extremely disappointed with the warranty work and the service. Once the original warranty was up, I transferred to RANGE RV and had Rachel service my RV exclusively. I do not know how RANGE RV is on selling RV's but I definitely will not take my motorhome anywhere else for service.
