My wife and purchased a 2019 Heartland from RVzz. Sales was very good. They have been responsive to my calls regarding warranty service. What was found lacking was the predelivery unit check. For example. 1. The 4 OEM tires are 110psi. I asked them to be checked, they were inflated to 80psi. I asked that they inflate to spec. They couldn't because they didn't have a compressor that would inflate to that pressure. They tried but only got to 85psi after 40 minutes. 2. The walk thru showed the tv's worked by turning them on. OK. No so OK at the RV park on our first trip with unit. Neither of the two TV's could receive cable or satellite. Only the bedroom got over the air tv. Main living area did not. Two months later during warranty repair they found that all but one of the factory installed cables was grounded out. Had they have turned on the TV and even attempted to view over air tv or hooked up to cable they would have discovered the problem pre delivery. 3. Kitchen drawer once opened did not close fully unless lifted vertically, again dealer predelivery inspection should have caught this. 4. Factory battery operated vacuum failed to work on first attempt. Battery defective. Why not found by predelivery inspection. 5. Black tank valve failed during first outing. 6. One of the new graphics has begun to lift. Why not found by predelivery inspection. I found it when I washed the vehicle at home the first time. Graphics still not replaced due to factory unable to locate my specific graphic. Now another trip to be scheduled. 7. Slide out corner covers was lifted and missing a screw. I spotted it during walk around, pretty obvious, why didn't pre delivery inspection see this. Fixed before I left. Conclusion: Sloppy or nonexistent pre inspection by RV service staff leading to buyer having to spend 3.5 hours travel time plus diesel cost each way for warranty service and repair.
