Sorry, but it ain't good. Bought a BRAND NEW 2021 Jayco at a different Jayco dealer (because that dealer had what we wanted) took the unit out 4 a 4 month vacation and needless to say, as expected, had some nit noid warrenty items to have looked at. Well, it took 2months to get an appointment (thanks covid)...

Sorry, but it ain't good. Bought a BRAND NEW 2021 Jayco at a different Jayco dealer (because that dealer had what we wanted) took the unit out 4 a 4 month vacation and needless to say, as expected, had some nit noid warrenty items to have looked at. Well, it took 2months to get an appointment (thanks covid) and we finally got it it. May 12, 2022 (2 year warrenty) asked the service manager about a timeliness, as we had a class reunion in July. Told no problem, if anything wasn't complete, we could drop it back off after the weekend. Picked it up July 1st, got it home and the sludes& stabilizers are inop. Called dealer, ran through trouble shooting, the felt the controller had Failed. Took it back so they call 3 days later (while we are at class reunion) and the issue was a 20 Amp fuse in the fuse for the slides.... wehad never replaced a fuse while in it, but they insisted it was us. Went to pick it up, slides worked, but not of the listed warrenty work had been done. All items were completed with "recommend repair" or " reccomend replace". So did not accept unit. Go back 2 weeks later after all repairs are done, inspect unit, a few repairs were done, but now the climate control shows faults. And the lights turn on in the wrong place a show faults. We are now the day before we are supposed th depart for 6 months and PROMISED trailer will be ready. They've had it for 6 months and I fully believe we are gonna get screwed again. They can't fix anything, and now badmouth the Jayco quality. It wasn't broke until they touched it. Avoid at all costs
