You get great value from these folks. Price was worth traveling 2,000 miles to pick-up. Also spent 6 weeks getting home, made for a memorable trip. I had 3 issues with the new unit and RVW fixed 2 immediately and ordered a new Rocker Recliner that was not repairable and had it sent to our home in California....

You get great value from these folks. Price was worth traveling 2,000 miles to pick-up. Also spent 6 weeks getting home, made for a memorable trip. I had 3 issues with the new unit and RVW fixed 2 immediately and ordered a new Rocker Recliner that was not repairable and had it sent to our home in California. I am in the process of purchasing a new RV from RVW and it should be ready by early June. I know they will provide a through PDI and correct anything that is not functioning as per design. RVW recommends spending a few nights local. We stayed at Indian Lake (great state campground 2 miles from RVW.

Wow these guys will do anything to get you to make a deposit , all lies they said they would get approval and then take deposit so I would know my payments on my rv. What an awesome place with incredible people. Not only did they save me tons of money over other Ohio dealers, but I had an air conditioner issue that could not be replaired but had to be replaced. While we waited on a new a/c they gave me another rv to use. What an awesome place!...
