We were interested in a RV and when we scheduled a time to come in it should of been a red flag when the salesman left us up in the lot because he said he had another appt and was rushing to get back to the main office and then we decided to make a deal we made a deposit under the conditions of the rv to be repaired and fixed it took over a month to hear back from the place then we told the salesman we needed to have a Saturday we both worked and lived over a hour away and he said ok then the Saturday we wanted to come and look at it again and drive it he said they were booked on Saturday and couldn’t accommodate us after being over a month of a wait ! We just want our deposit back no one will return our calls it’s terrible business i never meant a place to be so Terrible at communication Customers mean nothing especially if they aren’t maki g a big sale ! Watch out!!!!!! Very bad business ethics. I made a deal with them to purchase and fix the wheel and trade my camper. I sent them a dozen pictures and clearly represented the condition. They provided a value of $14,000. I drove from NH to PA 300 miles each way. And incurred over $2,000 When I got there they dropped the value to $8,000 which made it so we could not do the deal because we had the check from the bank. The bate and switch tactic is not fair business. I had asked for videos and pictures of what I was buying and they could have done the same so they could have saved us a trip or agreed to a higher price. I was very clear we needed to make sure the deal needed to happen if we’re to drive that far and incur the cost. Based on other reviews at the BBB they do this often. They do what ever they can to get you there for the high pressure switch. Beware!!!!!! Show less

VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!! Watch out!! I made a deal to purchase a fifth wheel and trade my camper. After negotiations and verification of both vehicles. I drove 300 miles each way total of 600 miles to buy my new camper. When I get there they would not honor the trade value and tried to low ball my trade. We agreed they would give $14,000 when I got there they said they would only do $8,000. Since I already had all the checks made out we could not do the deal. We spent over $2,000 to travel back and forth to make this happen. MY ADIVSE TO Find ANOTHER DEALER!!!!!! These people like to play games to bate and switch. Show less
