Our walk through was a joke, the lady barely knew about our model camper. The answer to a couple of our questions was "that is something you will figure out along the way" when we made it clear we were first time RV buyers. Options that would have protected our camper from future water damage were NEVER even presented to us. pins missing from hitch at pick up and after service was done. They did not seem understanding or sympathetic at all to the over 20 issues we had to bring the camper back in for less than 2 months after picking it up, because in their words "It is all covered under warranty so you are not paying for anything." Not considering we had to cancel the rest of our season and the entire experience was very stressful. Some of the screws we told them needed replaced were still not after being there for over 2 months. Now, we were told the last part we were waiting on was in, we showed up on Saturday and waiting for 45 minutes and no one could find it! They were not sorry for wasting our gas or time, offered no solutions, just told us to call back during the week. Called this morning and they still don't have a clear answer or solution on how to get the part to us once they even locate it. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!! RUN AWAY! RV Value Manhiem has the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They take your money and NEVER handle all of their obligations. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I purchased a NEW 2021 Cruiser Hitch 16RD on May 5, 2022. From May 5th through May 7th, I camped at Hershey RV & Camping Resort to try out the unit. During that time, I faced a list of problems that I encountered while camping. A list of people from RV Mart received my list of issues that I scanned and emailed and not one of them solved ANYTHING! For over a month of communication, I have not received manuals for every appliance, STILL waiting on a spare key, wrong TV remote, and too many other things too post here. Also, they NEVER tested everything because I had a water leak in the bathroom and kitchen plumbing, the heater would not stay on, the toilet leaked, the water pump kept running, and there is a soft spot on the floor. It was also stated, from the salesperson, that a rep was emailed/contacted with regards to the manuals and other items. I asked for the name of the rep and contact information and was not provided with that information from RV Value Mart. After two camping trips, I have not fully enjoyed this unit. I am totally and completely disappointed and disgusted at the lack of customer service from Cruiser and RV Value Mart. My first two units were from Jayco and with two different dealers and I never had problems with either. I have had more problems in 30 days which is completely unacceptable. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!! RUN AWAY!

I give them one star because I can't give them zero stars. Purchased a camper from from this business at an RV show. Noticed some things that needed fixed. We were told by a rep from the business that RV manufacturers are rushing builds because of the demand. We were advised that issues would be fixed when we picked up the camper the following month. Picked up the camper a month later and some of the issues weren't fixed. Attempted to fix some of the problems on site and then were told to schedule a service and the work would be done since it was under warranty. The business scheduled a warranty appointment for the following spring. Dropped off the camper the day before the service date with a list of things that needed fixed. Camper sat for 2-1/2 weeks at their location and wasn't touched. We had a camping weekend scheduled so we had to go get the camper. Service department was very evasive about the service until someone eventually told me that nothing was done. Claimed that we should have been told it would be a six week wait. I told them I had an appointment that THEY set. Was told they don't have the help and can't service as much as they want. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION! This was never explained until I picked up my camper. I have no confidence in their service and I am looking elsewhere for warranty work. Otherwise I will do the work myself. I will NEVER deal with this company again. They were very nice and friendly when we bought the unit, claimed to be a "Christian" business, but service after the sale is nonexistent. There's a reason the word "Value" is in their title. You get a good price because there's no follow up service. Buyer beware. Plenty of camper dealers in the area to choose from. Don't make the mistake we made.

Please save yourself the pain and do not buy from RV Value Mart! I hate leaving negative reviews because it doesn’t seem worth it, but in this case I feel responsible to inform as many people as possible because I don’t want them to experience the issues we did. The short story is, RV Value Mart will charge you a $400 pre delivery fee on top of the trailers price. Which sounds good at first because they say they are checking for leaks and issues so you get a complete and functioning trailer. But in our experience this was a lie. They missed a broken window mechanism which caused our window to literally flap open in the wind when traveling, a ripped slide out seal, and a leak which caused a major soft spot in the floor. They specifically say in the paper work that they will check for leaks and they clearly didn’t. The real issue is that we had to move out of state a week after purchasing, and we bought this trailer to live in. So because of this I knew I couldn’t bring it to them to fix it, so I asked them to send a part for the window, and their service department guy implied that he would send a part, but never did and basically never tried to find the part. I also pointed out the leak to which they just ignored me. So I asked them to just refund the inspection fee and all will be forgiven but at that point they have stopped responding. The issues found cost far more than $400 to repair so even though I am out of state it is better for them to just refund the money but they won’t. I have spoken to our salesmen, the service department guy and the operations manager and they have all stopped responding to my calls and emails. They haven’t done anything to help other than send sarcastic emails about shipping me tape to keep the window closed and blaming me for missing the issues as well although they charged us $400 to inspect it themselves. They will say they would have helped if we were in state, but it’s a cop out because I offered them the easy way out and they have decided to ignore me all together. Please avoid this place at all costs, you are just a number to them after you sign the paperwork.

Stay clear! Once they have your money they can care less about you! I don’t like to write negative reviews, but others need to know, “Buyer Beware”! They do a poor job on service! They don’t follow through with the work that needs to be done! I had to reglue all my cabinet doors because they were falling apart and the service department did not get back to me. When they adjusted the slides they didn’t adjust them properly, but I didn’t know that at the time! Now the walls are bowed out at the top and the lags that hold the pulley system to the wall is falling off the wall. When I got the camper I was told it was checked out and ready to go! The gas water heater didn’t work from the start. They said it was a bad circuit board. The threads on the 2 theater seats started falling out the first week we used the camper. We took the camper back to get the seats fixed. They ordered new ones, but they were the wrong seats. When you opened the recliners, the seats would tip forward and dump you off. We had to have them get the proper seats so we could use them.
