We found the toy hauler we wanted at RV USA in Ringgold Va. I made contact with the salesman throughout the week about the camper. He was nice and everything was good. The way the camper market is now, we went ahead and put a deposit down so they would hold it for us. We couldn't go see it until Saturday because we are 3 hours away from the dealership. So Saturday 3 weeks ago we travel to the dealership, meet the salesman and look and inspect the camper. (2020 Keystone outback pre-owned) I tell the salesman that we will purchase it and to grab a pad and pen so I could tell him all the issues I see with it and he can write it down. He did so and we told him that we would be back the following Saturday to pay and pick up the camper. We arrived the next Saturday and go through our walk through with another guy. Everything that I had the salesman write down but one thing had not been touched or fixed and the camper had not been cleaned inside or out.I found out that the list never made it to anyone or at least that's what they said. The one thing they did address was a vent in the garage to let gas fumes out, but the vent from factory was black and they installed silver which wasn't going to cut it with me! So, after I am pointing all of these things out and getting a little hot evidently one of the guys told the sales manager and he comes out. I tell him my problems and that the camper hadn't been touched except for the vent since we looked at it the Saturday before. I expected to drive up,hook up and leave in which is the way it should be,but we waited over 3 more hours for them to half ass clean the outside of the camper.The sales manager said he would order a black vent and send it to us and he did but now I have to take the silver one out and install the black one or pay someone to do it. During the walk through, the guy also said they topped off the propane tanks and I believed and trusted that. Mistake, got home and both tanks are completely empty so that's another cost to me that shouldn't had been. All in all,my experience with this dealership and everyone I dealt with was very disappointing and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with or buy anything from RV USA in Ringgold Va. Show less

They also have a lot of inventory, many different models and types where you can walk through. More than likely you will find what you're looking for. We purchased a Cougar 5 th wheel 25 RES it was a great experience for us. Our salesman Doug was fabulous, he answered all our questions, for days😳 We bought it sight unseen! Our walk through was great and he explained everything... And we got home with the 5 th wheel and called for help with leveling system and he was there for us and happy to help.. GREAT PLACE! The sales people will do what every they can to make a sale. Tell you what you want to hear to make that sale. But when something happens and you need to have something fix or replaced nobody wants do to anything to help you. Everyone wants to put it off onto someone else. The manufacturer or the product and no one wants to step up to make things right. So then you have a new camper and when something goes wrong you have to find a way or someone to fix it So sad no one wants to help the customer just what is good for them. Show less

Bought a 2021 Cherokee Wolfpack on May 22nd, 2020. Picked it up a week later and took it camping for the first time on June 10th. The refrigerator gave us trouble before we left our yard, but by the time we got to the campsite, it was working again. The next day - after we filled it - it stopped working. We brought the camper back after our trip to RV Outlet on June 19th. They told us it should take 2 weeks. We just asked to be kept informed should that not be the case. NO CALL.. no NOTHING for 3 weeks so we went back down there to see what was up on July 17th. They said the warranty claim had just been approved and they were ordering the refrigerator and it would be another 2 weeks. As of today we have been waiting 39 days. I called down to RV Outlet today and they don't know when the refrigerator will be in. Apparently Wolfpack doesn't give the dealer information regarding how long these things take! I will review the Wolfpack next, but this review focuses on the service we have received so far from RV Outlet. We certainly are pretty unhappy to say the least. Show less
