The experience I have had with this dealership ever since we purchased our travel trailer. This horrible experience started when we put our travel trailer up for consignment with them starting in June 2023, they never uploaded pictures of the travel trailer and when we would call to ask why their response was always "Oh we took the photos and they should be uploaded in the next couple of days" and we called several times questioning them. They didn't upload pictures to the Blue Compass website until December (6 months after we dropped it off) and never uploaded pictures to RV One website. After keeping it on their lot for 6 months their solutions to why it wasn't selling was because of the price so they wanted us to drop our consignment price by 7,000 dollars and that should make it sell. We decided to remove it from their lot and try to sell it privately. When we arrived to inspect the travel trailer, we noticed that they broke they freezer handle and just left it inside of the freezer without informing us or making any attempt to fix it. They had also broken one of the keys inside of a lock to the outside storage areas and never told us. We spent the next two weeks waiting for a repair, we spoke to Ryan (one of the managers) on 2 separate occasions letting him know we would need to pick up our travel trailer but before we can pick it up we needed the freezer door repaired as well as replacing the emergency brake cable and one of the master bedroom doors was off the hinge but never received any response from him or the service department. Ryan promised on both occasions that he would call us back, but never did. My wife and I decided to stop in on Friday but before we did we gave the dealership a 2 hours heads up and asked to meet with Ryan, when we got to the dealership we saw Ryan and one of the sales people let him know we were there to meet him but he didn't make any attempt to talk to us or even look at us, he just continued to do whatever it was he was doing, the sales person took us to Pat who I believe is a service manager (I could be wrong) and I explained the issue and what needed to be fixed. He assured us it would be taken care of and would let us know when the work would be done. About an hour later he called and let us know the Travel Trailer was ready and all the work had been done. I ended up paying 136 dollars for about an hours worth of work which is fine as long as I don't need to worry about anything. Now this is my fault I should have checked their work but I figured, hey its a dealership and they would know what they were doing..... I was wrong. Today while I showing this travel trailer to a interested party, the door which should have been fixed, fell off the hinge and wasn't repaired. We are now forced to take the trailer out of storage again and drive 30 mins to have the door fixed, when it should have been fixed the first time we asked. Please before you even think of coming here to purchase your next RV make sure this place is your last option. They were so nice and professional until you purchase the RV, then they honestly couldn't care less about their customers and will start to ignore you when things go bad.

We were skeptical about RV One after reading some of the reviews (which we brought to their attention) but they had a camper for sale that we really liked. We took the chance and we got the camper we wanted. Skylar helped us with the sale. He kept in good contact with us beforehand and afterwards if we had questions. We were to get a few items mailed to us after the sale and they followed through on that as they said. We are thankful it all worked out. The day of the actual sale got really lengthy but in the end we got the product we wanted, Skylar followed through on all that was promised, so we consider it a good sale. It took a long time to just get a price on items they had in stock in their parts dept. which was strange but we just ended up not buying any other parts we were interested in that day.

We have had nothing but a miserable experience with the service department at RV One in Altoona since my first contact. Despite this, we made the leap of faith to purchase a new Winnebago Adventurer 35F through this dealership since this is the closest Winnebago dealer to our home. Yes, we signed a contract in March and gave them a $21,600 deposit before the build ( after several calls I found out the build would not be started by Winnebago until October, 2023), and subsequently because of continuing service delays and lack of communication, and after reviewing on-line reviews, we developed significant 'buyer's remorse' and decided we needed to cancel the order. After several unanswered calls, I was eventually able to talk with our salesman, who told me he would discuss this with his 'manager.' A 'manager' called me later today stating that they have a binding contract with me and there is no way they are letting me out of it. She insisted they are completely revamping their service department and my current service issues should be resolved 'very soon.' That is not the issue...it is my lack of trust that I will be able to get timely, professional service on my new RV going forward. All I want is to cancel the contract and get my down-payment back and they are unwilling to do so. So, if you are considering buying an RV from RV One, be absolutely sure you know what you are getting into.

A breakdown. The salesperson was really friendly. After that it went sour. We did not want the warranty and after being held captive for our loan to process we finally said yes to get the heck out of there. The manager was condescending. It was more than a hard sell ~ it was absolutely ridiculous. When we picked up our used camper…we paid over $300 for an overview and detail. The overview was a 10 minute walk through and it was not cleaned. Crumbs in the drawers. A pair of readers in the bed area. Floor and fan filthy. To top it off…they kept our old plates. I called them to get them back and they said they sent them back to our county. I went to the county and they weren’t there so we had to get new plates. Well this week we received a ticket from New Jersey because we ran a toll booth. Guess what those were the old plates they had…they said they went to the county. I called them about this and they said they would call be back 2 days ago. No call back. I will never go back there and I should have trusted the poor reviews. Love our little camper though.

Let's begin with the fact that I was an out of state buyer (first mistake) buying sight unseen and had to lean on the salesperson/dealership to be my eyes. I got nothing but lies from the beginning. According to the salesperson there was absolutely nothing wrong with the Keystone Premier- all looked great other than some trim that needed some adhesive. I have saved all correspondence telling me these exact things. I received this trailer with a water damaged floor, a completely destroyed shower insert, silicone smeared everywhere except where it should be, oven missing a knob and the the igniter not working on the oven, no TV, outside shower not working, bald tires requiring replacement immediately, and a mold ridden exterior canopy that won't clean up. None of these were disclosed verbally or in any documentation. I was told they would fill both propane tanks (I received 3 gallons in each rather than 5). And to add to that, both propane tanks are dated 2011 (illegal in most states to refill) and the trailer is a 2018. I did get a new battery but, of course, it was the smallest possible. The trailer was absolutely filthy when delivered. We found old dirty socks, a can of tuna, parts that who knows where they go, and other small items in cabinets. No cleaning was completed whatsoever. Access panels where removed and not reinstalled- just left laying on the floor. This dealer is an absolute joke and not to mention, thieves. I guess they saw an opportunity to make a little extra money from an out of state buyer and did none of the things that should have been completed before delivery. I should have sued but it wasn't worth the trouble. STAY COMPLETELY AWAY from RV One in Altoona, Iowa. Unethical only begins to describe this dealer.

We have had multiple warranty issues with our new 2023 coach since our purchase in November of 2022 and found very little sympathy or support from the service side or management at RVOne in Altoona, IA. I was personally yelled at, threatened and harassed by the GM at this location for posting a poor review on Google that was honest and factual. I was basically told to come and pick up our coach from the lot and take it somewhere else, even though there is currently a failed hydraulic issue with the bedroom slide out. The GM had no issues requesting this of us knowing this slide out was not properly functioning and could extend at any time in transit and place lives in danger. As a female, I felt harassed and bullied by this GM. In addition, he refused to provide me with a phone number of his supervisor. All he could say is that this person had no office and no telephone number. An email address was all I could ascertain. This man should not be in a customer service industry. No matter who you are, you should be shown some respect and sense of concern regardless if you purchase a 250K coach or a 50K pull behind. He provided no solution and laid blame on solely on Tiffin.

Wow I don' know where to begin. Everyone says stay away from Camping World because of bad experiences. Well this one is a terrible experience. If it wasn't for my sales person I would have rated these guys -1 stars on everything. 1 month since I have made my purchase and I still don't have temporary plates that they forgot to put on since I live out of state, walk through videos of my unit and I get placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes waiting for answers. The day I purchased the finance guy had his last day and had an attitude like something was definitely wrong and I brought to it to his attention. I will never purchase anything from this place again. This is my 4th RV and the worse experience. I dont complain generally ever so for me to write this is such a disappointment. Do your research before spending 10s of thousands of dollars on something that should make you feel good.

I walked in and was introduced to Skylar, he was very attentive to my request, he went above and beyond in the scorching heat to show me multiple travel trailers. After an hour of looking I hadn’t found what I was looking for. We ended up inside dealership, he got me a fair price for my trade in, he also didn’t give up on trying to find me a camper. He found one more to look at, it was exactly what I wanted….Thank you Skylar for your patience and professional work ethic. He turned me over to Kiara, she was very clear on the documents and made it easy to understand. I really appreciated her professionalism, her attentiveness but most of all made me feel very comfortable throughout the process…. I was reluctant at first after reading the reviews about RV One, I can honesty say, those two put that worry to rest…Thank you for an awesome experience….Gold Stars……
