We just moved to WA and lived in CA for many years. When we decided to purchase a new RV we looked at Paul Evert/RV Country in Fresno. The salesman that we ended up with would only show us one brand out of their huge inventory and would only show us one or two of that brand. We told them that we were looking and were not going to purchase immediately. The guy tried the pressure sales, but that did not work. We ended up purchasing what we wanted from another dealer many miles away but at $25,000 less than their list price. My hubby decided to let them do a repair on our RV without my knowledge. That was a huge disaster, as they damaged our 3-month-old RV by hitting it with another trailer. They were in the process of repairing it without our knowledge that it had even been damaged by them. Then they "gave" us a 90-day warranty on that repair. What??? When I dared to complain about it, they banned me from their dealership. Bhahahah Like that is a problem. I would not go to ANY RV Country even if they were the last RV dealer in the world. I would love to put a negative number for the service department, but alas that option is not available.
