Awful service department. Took 8wks full of excuses and rolling the blame on; new parts employees, warranty company, supposed rare parts, you name it, they passed the buck. To replace a gas line pigtail and a refrigerator door, 3wks of that because they broke the hinge on the door the first time trying, stamped metal hinge...? Will not be going back there Show less

I purchased my Jayco HT in 2019 from RV Connections and have always received good service. I recently came into store for 2 light fixtures.  I was helped by James Burch. He found fixtures I needed and his attitude and friendliness was excellent. My wife and I left very pleased with our trip from Enterprise to get exactly what we needed. Over the years I have bought 3 travel trailers from here and have never more welcome experience  purchasing products from this location. Kudos to James for his professionalism. Show less

Justin , service department manager refused to even listen to my complaint. Stated an act of nature and not a mechanical defect. I am now stuck with a 3000 dollar awning twisted into a mess os Steele that I was told is not covered under Jayco lifetime warranty! The awning would not roll in or I would not be in this mess and out money I do not have on a brand new rv! Buyer beware! Show less
