A month ago I texted with a sales person regarding a coach. My father was very ill, so I asked not to get questions answered by phone. I have been getting written data so I can compare a few units until we make it through a funeral. I let the saleswoman know how much I had to spend and that I would continue to pull together money as I could. After that she just stopped answering questions. So I wrote to the dealership again to see if the unit was sold. I got another mail from the same woman with a short ..It is available.... response. I wrote back to her again sending a full list of information I need. No response again. I wrote again asking if Tammy had gotten my message. Nothing. What kind of business is this? I called RCD 3/27/21 for an Atwood water heater circuit board. I was told around $135 by Randy in parts. I drove from Lancaster to the Pataskala location to get the part and then Randy asks how much did I quote you, I told him in the 130 some range. He said I cannot sell it to you for that price and said he would have to get $170 for it. I said you quoted in the 130's and all he could say was sorry as he walked away.... I have bought a camper there, I've had service work done there (warranty and customer pay) and body work. I tried to spend my money locally and get treated like this. I won't be back and will buy the part off of Amazon for $129.... Jeff Show less
