Started with texting a sales rep. I had a lot of questions and felt their asking price was high. I let the sales rep know how much I could offer & that I would continue to raise money. But I still needed answers to more questions. After I made a 2nd offer she stopped texting. I wrote to the store through their web form. I got an email from the same woman that just said it was available.That's it. I sent back an extensive list of questions. No response. Sent the list again. Nothing. Finally sent my list to the General Manager just so he was aware of how this was handled. Makes me think it's a lemon , a scam of some sort, or just a terrible dealership. Glad we didn't drive 8 or 9 hrs to them. Have no experience with any dept but sales but I have to add stars for all areas. Show less
