Hi, I wrote couple days ago a review about the sales service a received from Public Wholesales. I have to say Frank understood my position as a buyer and came forward to solve the problem. Everything as agreed before he kept. I am happy to say Frank accommodated and responded well to all my questions. I am visiting the dealer tomorrow. I will inspect the coach and if the coach as good I expect I will buy. However, the most important thing is Frank from Public Wholesales kept his words and prove my opinion was wrong. I tried to by an Alpine Coach 36 and the Price was $22,750. We agree on the price and Frank from Public Wholesale wrote a sale contract. However, the dealer decided to increase the price. Before asking me if I was Ok with the increase Frank coming up with a bunch off lies and said someone had seeing the coach and was buying. For my surprise the coach was not sold at all, and now shows up on the market with the price of $25,750. I think the change was very dishonest. Frank's attitude was not a good business practice. Be careful doing business with Public Wholesale. Honesty it is not high point on that dealer. Show less

The dealer wanted only cash , It should have been a warning! He kept saying he has been in business for over 50 years. I went there by myself a woman and explained to him that I don’t know anything about RV’s and to be honest with me since I want to live in the Rv and my situation…… Unfortunately I trusted him and bought the Rv a month ago. Since then I drove to one Rv resort the second one was only 30 miles away the Rv overheated so I had to stop in a freeway and get help. There are electrical issues , the fan doesn’t work…… When I called him about all the issues, he told me “loose my number, oh well! And have a good life” Worst experience ever. I am stuck with the Rv . Show less

Don't waste your time unless you're looking to buy something you will need to totally refurbish on your own dime. I should have taken more pictures, but I was not intending to write a review. Trailer was listed as everything working and ready to go. I called before going down and asked if the roof was in good shape, caulking okay, everything works, etc. I was told the only thing wrong was a small tear in the floor. The trailer was trashed! Roof needed a new membrane, most of the caulk was missing, evidence of water leaks throughout the whole trailer. Bulge in wall on drivers side. Blowout damage, frayed wiring to lights and breaks. Homebrew "splice" with electrical tape for the 7 way plug. All 7 tires were over 6 years old and dry rotted. When all this was brought to his attention, he told me tires are $85 each. Guess he makes money preying on people buying their first RV and don't know what they need to look at. Total scumbag. Show less

Obviously didn’t make the Deal with this Dealer. Owner was a gruff, self absorbed individual. He has no common lot to show his Vehicles, and deals from His House! Insists on Cash up front, and registers his vehicles out of state, to avoid sales taxes! Repeats over, And over how He’s been in business for 53 years. Almost seems like a fly by night operation. I would NOT trust this individual with a dime. I wonder if He goes to Auction, just to turn a “quick Buck.” Show less
