The place has been sold to Thomas selvius, he owns lakeshore rv, terrytown Rv in Grand Rapids. I am so disappointed, the previous owners and the previous business was helpful and took great care of me. The employees are all gone now, the 3 left are rude and and basically threw me out, because I wanted the name of the new owners. I had to go online to find out. Beware, nobody to help you, guessing I am looking for a new dealership.

Well we won’t be buying any more campers from Point North RV & Club Car again. Camper cable that pulls the slide in came out with the bracket that was holding it in place. The extended warranty that we bought from them that was suppose to cover the camper. Won’t cover to repair it. Valuable...

Well we won’t be buying any more campers from Point North RV & Club Car again. Camper cable that pulls the slide in came out with the bracket that was holding it in place. The extended warranty that we bought from them that was suppose to cover the camper. Won’t cover to repair it. Valuable lesson learned. So sad when I have recommended them to so many people. Not anymore.
