In July of 2020 During the pandemic we purchased a 2020Keystone bullet 331BHS After going to planet RV and meeting Chuck and And looking at their entire inventory we chose this particular RV It was a tremendous 1st time experience I would encourage anyone Purchasing an RV for the 1st time go to planet RV the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly After the purchase in October of 2022 we had a tremendous amount of high winds and rain weather in South Florida it toppled a tree on top of my RV we had roof damage as well as t the inside small repirs i called Christine at planet RV so friendly so knowledgeable she handled it from beginning to end impeccably After delivering it to my home yesterday we noticed that we had a minor problem still on the inside and she sent someone out a service rep named Phil impactcable he had it completed in minutes . very knowledgeable as well .l am so overjoyed with the service My original purchase And every and all issues that we've had since our purchase I would never go anywhere else to purchase or have repairs done . And the driver Jared who brought my RV home to me he is the sweetest young man he did everything complete with the setup he spent nearly an hour pleasing me it was An amazing experience from start to finish And this company is owned and operated by Women how encouraging I would never go anywhere else I'm 100% satisfied and I love my RV!Thank you! This dealership is not the place to buy an RV, 86 PLUS DAYS STILL RV ISN’T REGISTERED OR TITLED. THEY HAVE LIED TO THE MERRICK BANK ABOUT LOAN. THEY TOLD THE BANK I STOPPED THEM. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. Ivan the sales person will promise you the moon. Ivan’s sister Gigi the owner makes believe you don’t exist. The woman, Jennifer who does the plates can’t answer a single question, and send paperwork in wrong name. THE SERVICE manager Christina will lie for her some more. I have been going to Planet RV since it opened last year. Southeast Florida is a hard place to find a competent, or any at all, RV service center and Planet RV has fit that bill. I have had my RV for 4 years now, live in Hollywood, and to find a local dealer that is quick on repairs is a great, great welcome. My dealings with the crew and Christina has been great and I've been glad to have them give me service. Christina will call me with every detail that they are working on and their timeline. Most mainline RV service centers far from Ft. Lauderdale are booked months out and Planet RV has never turned me away for the same day or immediate service. They were fast and knowledgeable, and I'll be coming back for all my service needs. Show less
