I purchased a brand new 2022 Forest River Wildwood 27 RK from Penn RV Center in Titusville, PA. I paid cash first mistake. Took for a trip to Florida in January 2022.This trailer was terrible. Had to come home early because the trailer was not livable. No one in another state would honor the warranty which was bumper to bumper for first year. It was in the shop more then it was usable. Here are some of the things that went wrong or needed replaced. 1.All windows & Doors - Major Condensation(close got wet have pics) 2.2 living room recliners replaced 3. Bathroom commode leak 4. Numerous water leaks throughout trailer (have pics) Under kitchen sink Under bathroom sink Behind commode Under trailer 5. all outside caulking not sealing 6. 2 - kitchen faucets replaced , finally bought 1 from Home depot &replaced 7. closet boards in bedroom fell off 8. Nails poking out in bathroom, closets, master ceiling 9. Carper unraveled in Livingroom after a few months 10. Dust cover for trailer wheels fell off 11. Living room blinds (did not work) Because this trailer was not livable, my wife & I had to come back 6 weeks early from Florida. No other option. Because of supply chain issues we waited many months for parts. Penn RV had a admin that they ended up letting go, that is worse then the owner Ken and promised you the world. Do not know how many times I was promised this or that only having to wait for long periods of time before anything happened. Many times throughout this summer this trailer sat at Penn RV waiting for parts. The good part of the story is the warranty did cover mostly everything. I would be very careful purchasing from my experience with this dealership. Sales are sales, I do have to apologize to Penn RZ after a year of promises and well over 30,000.00 spent on the trailer I snap at there dealership and that is not me at all. I live over 1 hour from this dealership but used them because I thought at the time I was getting a good deal. MY DAD ALWAYS TOLD ME YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Show less
