I feel compelled to share my regrettable experience with Parris RV. While they offered a great purchase price, the post-purchase service has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I've had my RV for 15 months, and in that time, it has spent approximately three months at their service center. This has caused significant inconvenience for me as I live full time in my RV. Scheduling appointments is a painfully drawn-out process - my last appointment took 3 months to secure, and I've spent countless hours following up on the service status.
Customer service, which should be the heartbeat of any organization, appears to be of little importance to the Parris RV team. The staff has displayed a consistent lack of courtesy and respect. The service manager, in particular, seems uninterested and unresponsive to customer concerns.
The technical staff's incompetence has been the most disheartening aspect of this experience. Especially when you consider that their labor rates are a hefty $195 per hour. Regrettably, I've found myself having to redo just about everything they've touched. Notably, they've wired my heating system backwards, not once, but twice, and refused to rectify their mistakes.
In summary, if you're merely seeking a good deal on an RV purchase, Parris RV might serve you well. However, I strongly urge you to plan on getting your RV serviced elsewhere, or be prepared for a potentially frustrating, costly, and time-consuming ordeal.
For those of you who may doubt my account, I encourage you to inquire about their service lead times before you make your purchase. You might be surprised, and not in a pleasant way.
Let my experience be a cautionary tale to any potential Parris RV customers.

I made an appointment 4 weeks ago to have my Hydro Hot Serviced. This was a place I hadn't used before. When I went there to make the appointment, in person, the guy says in 4 wks. I even said wow, that faster than I expected. I asked him about how long service should take. Probably a couple hours or so. Because I was coming from 80 miles away and would have to wait for it. I then asked if they had all the parts in stock so it could be done I one day. Talked to parts and no, nothing in stock. Let him know what we needed. So I told him 4 Gallons boiler fluid, balance would be water. Needed a new fuel filter and a nozzle. He would look into it and let me know. Called me back, $800 for the four Gallons of boiler fluid, $ 307 for the filter and $48 for the nozzle. I checked real quick and could buy a five gallon bucket of boiler fluid for $131. I could get the filter for $19 with shipping. So said I would supply fluid and filter. He could get the nozzle. Said he would make sure it would be here in time for appointment date.
Went in today for service. Lady there tells me drop off keys and they would call me in a couple weeks. I said no, I was bringing this in for service today, that why I made the appointment. She said no all you did was to make a drop off appointment. NO@! Explained everything as I under stood it. No, just drop off. I said why in the hell would I bring my motorhome to you to let it sit outside in your yard for two weeks. I keep inside when not in use. She got a little snippy and I told to Shove it, your never working on anything of mine!!
I will never use these rip off artist for anything!
I don't understand why they would want my moterhome to sit in their yard taking a chance of getting hit or damaged. Chance of it being burglarized or no telling what else.
What do they just need their yard to look full so it seems they are busier than they really are??
Stay away from these people, they are crooks!

Purchase a new 2020 Mesa Ridge 5th wheel 314RLS made by Highland Ridge (Jayco) right after Christmas 2020, intended as our retirement home for full time RVing this year. During the sales inspection, we had noticed a raised edge to the vinyl cover for the dinette slide out on the curb side. We were told by the salesman it was due to the extreme cold and would lie down with heat. 11 months, 3 trips, and numerous phone calls and emails, it is now raised up over 2" in height creating a significant trip hazard and safety issue. However, both the dealer and Jayco have denied warranty or responsibility, saying it is to engineering specs. I finally determine the problem is the cover is 3/4" longer than the opening, so when the slide out is retracted it hits the base of the kitchen island and curls up. We had had an option of another unit that did not have this issue but we did not like some of the features so chose the unit we purchased under the assumption this was a minor issue. NOT! Unfortunately, neither company believes in doing what is right and necessary to stand behind their product. I do not recommend dealing with either Parris RV or Jayco products.
