I bought a used travel trailer from them. But I will never do such a stupid deal again.
If you are happy with being treated like this, you can make business with them.
1. 40% of their listing price is their margin. Cut, cut, cut it is your right!!
2. It is a travel trailer as long as it has wheels. Most of convenience devices are out of order.
3. Once they sold, you will no longer be contacted. Even though you have a promise to have after service.
4. They will make you sign the contract as soon as possible.
When a contract is signed, an oral promise is not a promise anymore. Write on the contract document and read again.
5. The customer is pushover (Hogu). Once sold, they will not they will not care for you anymore.
From the boss to the dealer including engineer, they have no conscience to called human being.
Drains, gas stoves, awnings, bathroom fans, indoor power sources, indoor USBs, and refrigerators, most of devices do not worked properly.
They said "Buy it as is or not.". I made an appointment to buy it and had driven 300 miles from north CA, so I couldn't go back immediately without buying it. But it make me to visit 2 more times without vain and reward.
They promised to fix everything.
But in the contract, they wrote simply two things : Repair awning and Check toilet fan. I asked them to write everything down, but they promised to repair everything within a month and didn't write it down.
After that I tried to make an appointment for a repair, but they didn't answer the phone. They didn't reply on my email. They haven't in over a week. In the end, I went without an appointment and left the trailer.
They promised to call me when the repairs were done, but they didn't call for two months.
I didn't want to see the trailer anymore. When I requested a repurchase on the website, they cut 40% of the price I bought. I ejaculated, but they hardly give me 5% more.
When I went to pick up the trailer, they said they only repaired one awning and that they couldn't fix fan because it wasn't stated in the contract. I complained that I had made an oral promise, but I couldn't hear any more answers. You must check all spell in the contract. They say it is just "Check" not "Repair". I think it is not common sense, especially I am customer.
I found out that the lemon law also applies to used camping trailers. I am preparing a lawsuit against them.
