Finally got my rig on the road! 2022 Ram 3500 mega cab limited DRW diesel with 2022 8-11exle! I bought the camper back in September 2021 from Park View RV center in Smyrna Delaware which was the worst mistake I did!!!!!! First when I was looking for campers I told the dealer I was running 2021 Ram 2500 crew cab short bed with factory air ride suspension and they told me that my truck would be more then adequate to handle this camper! After 4 attempts to pick up and take delivery of my camper keep in mind it is a 6hr roundtrip from my house to RV dealer it came down to that my truck is no good for this application and the RV dealer service dept destroyed my factory suspension with trail and error they were doing on my truck. I got lucky that my ram dealer was able to warranty the repairs and parts so I can trade the truck back in... I ended up ordering my new truck (in picture) and got it two weeks ago...made my appointment to go down Friday the 4th to take delivery and all the dealer had to do was install the new torklift tie downs which they ordered and had on hand. I make my trip down for my 5th time now and when I get there after driving 3hrs they tell me that we just read the directions and it seems that the brackets need an adapter/relocation kit. I was dumbfounded that they told me this after I was there already...they didn't even look into my truck installation etc before the day of pick up!! After all the headache they already caused me and that I literally just bought 100k truck cause they misled me from day one... Well it gets even better. I now did not want to deal with them anymore and they agreed to deliver my camper to me with one of their trucks this day. I took the parts they ordered and they said they would drop ship the adapter kit to me which showed up next day Saturday (yesterday). Now I installed the brackets myself as the adapter kit doesn't even go on the truck but gets installed on the camper to relocate the anchor points to " clear dually fender" which would not work anyway as the camper anchor points are set off front and back. So I loaded my camper in the truck to come to find that nothing was needed to clear the fenders! Park View RV Center in Smyrna Delaware has no business selling or servicing truck campers and please hope no one goes through what I have gone through! Rant over now time to enjoy my camper!

Parkview are lovely but incompetent people. Also, Buyer Beware.   I purchased a new Lance 1475s from them.  While described as a 2019, it was actually built in 2018.  They provided a "seasoned expert" to spend a couple of hours during an orientation.  Pleasant gentleman who had no clue about the trailer that we were buying.  There is a walk through.  And shame on me.  I don't know what I don't know.  It was missing struts for a window.  Parkview has been aware of this for months but the keystone cops there keep passing the buck. While I love the layout of my Lance and it is composed of quality components, between Lance support and Parkview's incompetence, the issue has yet to be resolved.  I still can't open the window. Luckily, as an accountant, I keep all of my records. Let me say.   AVOID PARKVIEW.  GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

We contacted this dealership because we knew of it having lived in Smyrna. Sales and service were reasonably good, but not as good as I had expected. Response to our needs for product adjustment were ok, but not really outstanding. Having said this, Parkview can be trusted to do what they promised, but we never felt confident that they would really try to meet our needs.
