I liked the setup of the place, and lots of RVs to check out. But I got the rush job from sales, you need to prepare to give financial and life history. So it seems. Lots of papers to sign, and they tried to include useless warranties. I parked it with intention of working in it and living, not camping. The RV Rockwood I purchased is way too big to drag on the road, no thanks. It's quite nice, but as anyone knows, they turn into junk in a few years, you need another one. Repair needed right out the door, and service people were rude. Be careful, it's like a used car place. Pay your money, get your rig and get out. Show less

cheaters and are the biggest Fraud they showed us a 2020 mercedes on 2021 thor and gave a 2019 . 98,000 was the price for 2019 Nikki Pulido showed us 2020 and said it has all body paint so ptice is higher and we agreed on 105, when I went to pick up rv was changed it was 2019 model plus lower model it is full body paint but 2019 model plus no TV out side on mirror no spare tire they just made cheated us . Took money for higher model and gave us older model . When went for test drive she show r d me it has build in navigation and no navigation asked them they told me you have to use your phone . MERECEDES built in is $700 again cheated . Many more lies just don't go to them Show less

Based on inspection by our insurance agent (an RV specialist) plus a certified Jayco repair shop (not a dealer) we are 99% certain that dealer sent some inexperienced kid up on roof to wash and prep it for UV coating. Instead he ripped it up with pressure washer. Then dealer told us we must have torn it up driving under a tree. We had not even used trailer yet and only drove on interstates and stored it indoors in our metal covered barn. Then dealer said it needed a full replacement which they could do for $7000. Used certified Jayco repair shop and replaced entire plywood deck and installed better and slightly more expensive roofing material for only $5000. Will never go back to that dealer and recommend others do the same! Show less
