Just when thought customer service no longer existed, Aaron Reedy from Palomino RV restored my faith. We purchased a used 2020 hybrid camper in October 2022. We stored the camper and when we brought it home to get ready to go camping , found out the the frame was broken! This is a 2020 camper, practically new. Probably was not used much during COVID. We were told that warranty is not transferred between owners. I reached out to the manufacture directly and Aaron Reedy was most helpful and got our trailer repaired. It was picked up in Ontario and brought to Michigan to get fixed and then brought back to our residence in Ontario. We are so thankful for Aarons superior customer service and getting our trailer that we never used , repaired. I could not be happier with the way Aaron handled the entire situation.
