Do not use the company to repair or sell your RV. Especially for repairs. Took my 5th wheel to them had to have $7800 "to bring it up to standards". What a mistake. When I went to pick it up the roof on one slid had a 2x4 left on it and tore open the rubber. Said they would patch it, I insisted it be replaced which they didn't. They told me they had to rework the roof that I had just spent a week re-coating, but they had no proof of it being necessary. They also told me they had to replace the floor in 2 slides, the 2 slides with cabinets, of course. They destroyed the cabinets taking them out and didn't even bother trying to fix the lousy craftsmanship. Still missing trim pieces and places where they broke it. The microwave almost fell out of the cabinet from their lousy job putting the cabinet back together. Not to mention all the deep scratches in the counter top and the gouges in the vinyl flooring. O-yeah I have lots of pictures . If they do work, make they go over every detail before the work begins and after the so called repairs. I recommend not even going there. There is even more damage I discovered after I got the RV home and was able to do a through examination. but this would be a really long review. Going to cost me another 3 or $4,000 to fix what they screwed up. Both cabinets will have to be completely rebuilt. They even broke the Microwave door opening switch, and its recessed! Very, very poor craftsmanship and NO QUALITY CONTROL ! I think they went through 2 or 3 Shop managers in the YEAR they had my RV. Show less

BEWARE! Will never deal with them again! Took our Motor Home to them to sell. After 6 months decided to take back. While picking it up found out they did not renew our registration as agreed upon earlier, had to be jump started when promised it would be started every so often to keep it charged. When we got it home finally we looked closer at the inside and discovered there was trash left in the refrigerator and bathroom, floors were dirty, after paying them 499.oo for a cleaning! The radio was broken, battery was broken from their jump starting. When we called them to let them know all that we discovered, all she said was look at the contract "We are not responsible for any damages" and they were not going to do anything about it. VERY unprofessional and lousy customer service and we will never deal with them again OR recommend them to anyone. The worst I have EVER encountered! Facts change momentarily(lies). Each department talked so bad about the other. Each warning about the other department. I tried to buy 3 times. Thought surely somebody will get it together. NOPE! I finally walked away and decided they are telling the truth about each other and the company. What a mess. would not consign my RV there. Show less
