I specifically reached out to someone in a senior position to review and get an objective opinion on my concerns and the quality of work performed
While the service staff tried to be accommodating on my last visit, it was also clear to me that the issue I had with the quality of the replacement canvas was beyond their area of resolution, coupled with the quality of canvas cleaning last fall hence the need for a review with a senior member in your organization and find a workable solution to my concerns.
The GM declined to review my concerns and or take any responsibility for the sub-standard work their maintenance performed I would not recommend using Owasco for your RV service needs

Nice clean dealership, very helpful with answering all my questions (was a first time buyer). Fought hard to get my warranty work done, even though it never got approved. Would buy again from them just not the same brand....
